I had gotten braces before with another Orthro, so my teeth were straight but I was not satisfied with my smile. My smile was narrow, so only a few teeth showed, and gummy. Dr. Feller gave me a smile beyond my expectations and I am so grateful for his dedication to his profession. I would recommend him wholeheartedly!

My son had been seen on several occasions and had nothing new done to his mouth only told "you need build ups so we can do the next part" so I contacted the office to ask questions as I was confused why no services were being performed, especially since I paid in full. They then instructed me to call our dentist to get build ups done and after visiting the dentist no build ups were completed (although we attended the appointment) because apparently feller was supposed to remove brackets in order to do build ups. After calling feller sharing my frustration they made it seem as it was my fault for not being with him at all his appointments (because I am a working single mother) and told me I was the one being condescending (even though the office manager laughed at me when I was asking questions on what certain terms meant). I felt their communication was/is horrible they were/are inconsiderate and never took ownership on their errors or apologized for the miscommunication. Worst experience dealing with Ortho and horrible customer service! Cachiotti was way more professional.

We paid up front for braces all appointments and care. We decided to move for work and I notified Dr. Fellers Office immediately. I asked if I need to have the braces removed or if I could transfer the care and maintenance of the braces to another office. Communication with Dr. Feller and his office was poor and they didn't respond to messages or phone calls. We moved and I took my daughter to another ortho. My new Ortho recommended we remove these appliances immediately, so my daughter could heal. She healed up and we re-applied the braces and continued treatment. Dr. Fellers office was rude in their response by mail, never refunded any of the cost for care or treatment. Dr. Feller also failed to recognize that my daughter had an allergy to the wire used in his office. They kept putting thicker and thicker wire on creating huge swelling in my daughters gums. I'm glad we caught this allergy with the new ortho and she was able to continue treatment.

I am on my way to officially starting treatment but I have been to Dr. Feller's a few times over the years. Each time I thought I was ready to start, something came up and I didn't start treatment. I always felt so bad for coming in there again and asking so many questions, but he has always been really great about it and addressing my concerns.

Feller orthodontics! Such a fun place! My 9years old daughter and I really enjoyed the friendly manner of everyone there especially Dr. Feller and steb during visit! See you guys again on sep 23, 2021~!

Was very excited we had the same last name. Dr. Feller is extremely professional, helpful, and goes above and beyond. I had a unique spacing problem and was blown away by his experience. He knew exactly what to do, and gave me the reassurance all would be well. I was very impressed with his education, the volunteer work he does, and most of all how fun and pleasant his staff was. They made everything easy for me. I felt like I had been friends with everyone for a life time. I cannot recommend Dr. Feller enough. Having an engaged and professional orthodontist like him feels like I won the lottery.

Overall we have had a good experience. Appointments in the afternoon are never on time and take a long time to get out once called back. We will only do early appointments from now on.

Came in May 28th, 2020 during Covid. Omg amazing service tho!! Dr.Feller and the team did a great job during this stressful time!! Him and his team are very friendly! Love it!!

We highly recommend Dr. Feller and his practice. Our daughter has been coming to him for over a year and a half and we love how prompt and organized they are and how well the appointments go. We always know where we stand with things and appreciate this business. Top notch in all areas.

Love Dr Feller and his entire staff ! Every time I go in it's like I'm meeting a lost girlfriend I never new I had . They are very friendly and personable and treat you like family. As a family of 5 on a budget I really debated getting braces especially at 34 yo with not only needing full braces but also a rapid palette expander put in as well - yes I need a tad bit of work , but they have been super awesome and worked with me on down payment and payment plan that fit my budget . Both myself and my son have braces now and We couldn't be happier!

As the individual responsible for paying the fees associated for care for my grandchildren, I have had nothing but problems with the accounting division of Feller's practice. This past week, another charge to my credit card was made for services that were paid in full last June! I've had to fill out direct billing paper work multiple times. My daughter has received delinquent notices on several occasions even though Feller's had my credit card for billing and regular charges were being made. It's really too bad that a business that appears to have such positive responses and builds a positive relationship with young people can't hire adults who can correctly input financial information into a computer based accounting software program.

If you are right on the edge for making a decision about getting braces all I can say for you is DO IT! My teeth look so good and the process is not as bad as you think it is! This was such a great experience and the environment when you show up is perfect. Everyone is making you smile and complementing you, especially Dr. Feller. From a person experience I can tell you Dr. Feller is the best orthodontist out there! One time I had a stye on my eye and he ordered me ointment for my eye without having me pay for anything! I would highly recommend Feller Orthodontics, you will NOT regret a single moment your there.

I love my new smile. I can definitely say that it has given me the confidence that I didn't have before. When I was in the middle school I would never smile in public or let alone take any photos of me smiling. I would cover it up because I had crooked teeth. With the help of Dr.Feller and his team I can now say that I love to smile. I am currently a Sophomore in high school and I'm no longer afraid to smile! I love that it has given me a boost in confidence. Thank You!

These people are awesome! After I saw what an amazing job they did on my brother and how he 100% satisfied with their work. I decided to get my braces with Feller too. They are so nice and full of positive energy. I always look forward to going.
