I wasn't to sure of this location as it is in Riverdale, GA but I was trying to go somewhere closer to home instead of far out. Some businesses on the south side of town can be very disappointing as this one proved to be. I wouldn't recommend this location. Poor customer service, not attentive to patients needs. I called 3 times within a 2- 1/2 month time span to follow up to get an appointment as no one would ever call me back after they would tell me they would. After stating that my insurance will be renewing and if they can't get me in just tell me so I can go elsewhere...I Finally got an appointment after I was placed on hold for 20mins. As this was a Sedation scheduled afternoon appointment, I called the day before the appointment to confirm times to not consume any food or drink as no one called me to discuss and whoever answered the phone told me not to eat 6.5hrs before coming in. When I arrived the next day, they informed me that they did not hear from me so they put someone else in my appointment time. I honestly feel like I dodged a bullet with this location. I will find a better facility in the Stockbridge area. The funny part of this is the 1st time I went I received a text to complete a review. I have not yet received a text to review them

My three daughters have been going here for years. They are honest, cordial, and informative. My sons first visit will be in July. I tried earlier for a appointment but because they couldn't give my Autism son the full care he need we had to wait. I appreciated the Truth instead of them trying to take my money. They treat my girls like Princess. In fact, my daughter Princess looked to them to inform her about her braces being taken off.
