Dr. Donald L. Feldman has been practicing orthodontics for over 40 years in Lynn, MA. He graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine cum laude and was elected to the OKU honor society. He did his orthodontic training at Boston Universitys Graduate School of Dentistry where he received a Masters of Science in Orthodontics.
He was on the faculty of Boston Universitys Henry Goldman School of Dental Medicine as well as The Institute for Advanced Dental Education. He was the past president of The Massachusetts Orthodontic Society Delegate to the American Association of Orthodontics.
He received the Distinguished Alumni award from Boston University for his dedicated work within the Orthodontic department. In addition, he received the Man of the Year Award from the City of Lynn for his decades of sponsorship of the children of Lynn and surrounding communities. He prides himself on providing excellent orthodontic treatment, learning and implementing new techniques, and above all showing compassion for any patient in need.
He has been married for 48 years to his wonderful wife Karen. Their favorite hobby is traveling to new and exciting locations throughout the world. He is an avid tennis player and fan of all Boston sports teams. Photography and spending time with his grandchildren are his main passions along with orthodontics and helping people.

I called this office due to the reviews I saw online and I was excited to meet the individuals in the office. When I called the office I specifically asked them is there any fees for getting a consultation. I was specifically stated that there was going to be a $30 consultation fee. I went to the appointment And then I was going to go back for a follow up visit to get the prices. Before I even got the chance to go back I've got a bill in the mail for almost $300. That's unacceptable I have had multiple consultations with multiple orthodontics with all my children and I've never ever had to pay this much money for a consultation for braces this was ridiculous and I will not recommend this office. If I would've known from the beginning I would not have made an appointment for a consultation. Beware before making an appointment!!

I took all three of my children . It was the best most professional my children loved going there there teeth al came out great. They were always clean, caring, on time . I can't say enough about them. I am supper picky. They hit all the marks . Now I am taking my grandchildren. I'm excited to have my generation of family be apart of their professionalism. They are a must go to if you want the best

DO NOT COME HERE. There is a million other places 100% better you can go. They're no help here, once you're done dealing with the nasty attitude, get ready to get hit with their ridiculous fees. If you're lookking to get braces or dental care I would recommend the braces place!

I had terrible experience here. I paid this Dr. In full, up front and he made an absolute mess of my teeth. He has never apologized, never offered a refund or offered another redo. I shouldn't have paid him in full. knowing that I wasn't wealthy or using insurance and that I had saved up for this myself, he took advantage of me. I gave him $5000.00 and then He treated me horribly the whole duration of the process. He didn't care about my case or me as a patient. I didn't leave there with straight teeth. If I was wealthy, I'm certain that I would have been treated better. I didn't deserve any of this outcome. I never missed an appointment, never broke a bracket and I paid in full ahead of time. I was treated awful by this Dr. and had terrible results. I firmly believe it was because I was not a wealthy priority. I would not recommend this Dr. or to pay in full if you are paying on your own. This section is an edit: My review has been on here for two months and there has been no reply. This confirms Dr. Feldman couldn't care any less about an unhappy customer or doing what's right by offering to refund my money so someone else can fix the mess he made of my teeth.

That staff is really nice but I complain about I wasn't happy with his work I'm so disappointed I payed already but I'm so unhappy

I had a terrible experience. After they took all my money via the insurance company, I wasn't able to attend for a couple of months because of covid 19. Then they refused to book appointments for me and take off my daughter's braces. For the last year, no orthodontist has agreed to treat her because they took all the money from my insurance. I did manage to persuade an orthodontist with some money, but I will definitely tell others not to go to this clinic.

(Just to be clear i am a teenager and i usually come with one of my parents. a lot of people tend to mistake me for even younger.) This place is pretty good for dental care . Most of the staff are pretty nice, but I had a quite bad experience recently . I hadn't been putting my elastics in so they encouraged me to try harder. A lady made a comment to my dad along the lines of "beat her!". she also replaced the bands on my teeth and was trying to talk to me while that was happening?? Said something like "it's like you don't want your teeth to grow" . I have mild depression so it makes it hard to commit to things (why i wasn't putting the elastics in), and being abused absolutely wouldn't help at all. It would probably help make me suicidal or something. All in all it's a nice place but maybe don't bring your kids since there's a chance they'll get quite upset like I did.

They do beautiful work! They really do care about you and the treatment they give. I had braces done 25 years ago! Now, my two daughters had braces within the last 5 years. Keep up the great work guys!

Had a great experience here for the almost two years of treatment received...the staff are always professional and courteous. Also very little wait time to be seen, which is appreciated when you have a busy schedule. I highly recommend this practice!
