Very professional! Staff, Dr Mark and Dr.Feinberg are very respectful and gentle. I have a really bad phobia with dentist and they all went above and beyond to fix that. Thanks Dr. Mark I love my new smile

Fantastic!! Every person we came in contact with was so professional and nice...Dr. Feinberg did a great job on my 46 year old patient's Wisdom Teeth Extraction...and handled all of my patient's nervousness easily and confidently! Highly recommended for any Oral Surgery needs!

If I could give it zero stars I would! First time under anesthesia and I was waking up the assistant put her hands over my mouth because I was crying waking up and she didn't want anyone else to hear. I was quickly directed out the back door within 2 minutes of being done. Place is awful with no concerns for patients

It was an assembly line of people waiting to get their teeth pulled. During a pandemic, you don't expect to walk in seeing almost every chair occupied. Well over 10 people waiting. Masks were not required. Over a 2 hour wait to have your procedure done is the norm. Do not expect to be fully sedated before your surgery is performed. Once you are done, you are shuffled out the back door. Handed open gauze from an assistant who is not wearing gloves and are expected to put that gauze in your mouth. I will never do back. If you need oral surgery, go up one level to : #205 WB Plaza. Completely different atmosphere and experience.

Came in with a referral paper from my own dentist for two tooth extractions. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Feinburg seven months before that went well. The consult went great and they scheduled me a week later for extractions. I went in for the extractions, Feinburg explained how the procedure would go and proceeded to numb my mouth. He numbed both sides of the top of my mouth and then I asked why since the teeth I were supposed to get removed were both on the right side of my mouth. He then told me that he had it as two teeth from the top and not how my referral sheet had said. This caused me to be concerned and upset so I did not go through with the extractions. Overall, I went in to have two extractions on the right side of my mouth, freiburg was going to extract one from each side of my mouth instead and told me that if I left I would not he allowed back. I will not be going back.

Absolutely the worst dentist I've been too. My appointment was for 11am, get there for them to try and tell me my appointment was now 1pm and when I told them they had told me 11am they said they have had issues with they're scheduling like this recently and has been an ongoing problem. So then I go back for my appointment for them to tell me they pretty much can't do the procedure they had promised on the phone. When I had scheduled the appointment on the phone for 11am extraction that feinburgh himself was suppose to do and ended up just being a total waste of time to the point I had to walk out of the chair with tooth pain beyond words I had been praying to be fixed that day.

Feinberg Morris DDS Is nothing more than a miracle! I needed to have oral surgery. Now in the past My mouth had been Torn to shreds and my jaw cracked by other oral surgeons. Well NOT this time! Dr. Feinberg did such a wonderful job!! My lips, roof of my mouth, even my tongue have NO cuts on them. I'm not even in much pain, more of a discomfort. I wish I could give this amazing dentist 10 stars because that is what he deserves! He took time to explain the entire procedure to me. He cared enough to not only listen to my concerns, but to understand and respect them. Thank you so much Sir for my FIRST positive dental experience

Getting in took awhile yes staff were nice. But after being canceled by them and moved out a month we finally got in. Then when we brought our 4yr daughter and had x-rays done because she had a tooth that was bothering her it seemed like a good place. Met with Dr.Feinburgh who is an awesome man and very polite. After being told we needed to have a decent amount of work done on her teeth we were sent home being told we would get a call when she could get in. This phone call did not come so we called back in a few weeks just to find out there is no pediatric dentist there. So by the time we could get into another in Glenn's Falls now our daughter needs 3 teeth pulled. Why would you not just say that after the x-rays were done so our daughter could have saved her teeth like was suggested by you guys. Why wouldnt you have just recommend Glenn's Falls then? Instead of weeks later when we called and were finally informed that you could not do it there. So in all 5 months of suffering for my 4yr daughter.

These guys are awesome! They got me in for an extraction the morning after my consult it was great the staff is all extremely friendly and helpful as well. I hate goin to the dentist and i felt and relaxed. Thanks for doin all this awesomeness amongst the COVID crisis. Stay safe stay healthy!

Scheduling is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! They schedule forty people for 9:30am get two hours behind. They open @7:00am....how do you possibly get so behind?? We arrived at 930 for our 945 appointment.... FINALLY at 12:00pm they called us back for three tooth extractions. Checked out at 1:00pm Will say the nurse who was with my husband when he woke up was excellent! So there's that For how long it takes and how small the waiting room is we will not come back. I'd rather pay out of pocket then wait in this office again.
