As an orthodontist, I am able to use the magic of orthodontics to change my patients lives. Of course, its not magic at all; rather its hard work on both my and my patients part to achieve the smile of their dreams. I love partnering with my patients and their families, getting to know them throughout the course of their treatment, and in the end, seeing all their beautiful smiles.
We often think of the oral health benefits of orthodontic treatment, but there are psychological perks, too! As patients teeth straighten, I can see their happiness and confidence grow. As they smile more, it makes me feel good about what I get to do every day. I dont think that I will ever tire of that feeling.
Our team works together to give the patients the very best in orthodontic care, and our office is always full of laughter! They go above and beyond to make our patients experience in the office as amazing as possible.
I attended Fairfield University, where I completed my Bachelor of Science. I continued on to the University of Connecticut, where I earned my Doctorate of Dental Medicine. My orthodontic specialty certificate and Master of Dental Science were completed at the University of Connecticut in 1988.
Continuing education is an important aspect of my practice. I take numerous classes and attend seminars on the newest and most effective orthodontic technology in order to offer my patients state-of-the-art treatments and results in the shortest period of time. I am also a member of several organizations that allow me to learn from and collaborate with fellow professionals in my field:
Because I live and work in the same community, being involved means a lot to me. During National Childrens Dental Health Month, I give numerous presentations to youngsters on the importance of dental care. I am also an active sponsor of the Ludlow Boys and Girls Club.
I am a health and fitness enthusiast and thoroughly enjoy all forms of skiing, swimming, and running. Ive even completed Ironman triathlons in Lake Placid, New York and Sanduski, Ohio. During my down time, I love to relax with friends and family.
I prepare our patients to see Dr. Feeney, assist him with procedures, order supplies, and handle after-hour emergencies. I like working closely with patients of all ages, learning about their life and interests, and enjoying their stories. Ours is a well-rounded team that complements each other very well. Coming to work every day is easy when its with such great people!
I make sure our office runs smoothly so Dr. Feeney can provide the best possible care. My goal is to make orthodontic treatment attainable for everyone. We truly have the most amazing group of patients. I love seeing them arrive: smiling and excited to share their latest news. I also appreciate working with a team that has such a great sense of humor!
I love spending time with my son, husband, and rescue pup Emma. We love hiking, camping, and exploring new places as a family. I also love to craft and give life into old furniture by refurbishing pieces to make them functional. In my down time, I enjoy gardening and reading.

My 12yo daughter is finally getting braces. We've met Feeney once and he was very professional and answered all our questions. All staff seem great so far. The only thing I might add is we would like more explanations of the next appointments before we come. The braces world is all new to us so we don't even know what questions to ask until after an appointment. They do make sure to ask if we have questions so I'm glad for that. But just knowing what to expect on the next visit is always helpful with anything.

Dr. Feeney's office is wonderful. I've had three children get orthodontic work done here and we had a great experience with all. Staff is friendly and professional and we NEVER wait for our appt. I would highly recommend this office.

The staff here was great! I always felt welcomed here. It almost felt like they even looked forward to seeing me. They also made sure I was as comfortable as possible through the entire process. Two years after I got my braces, I got them taken off and the results were incredible! I highly recommend this place. Tell them Drew says high! (If you're feeling adventurous, tell them to choose the colors of your bands. You won't regret it.)
