Dr. Lindsay Warren, Dentist- Owner Lindsay Warren was born and raised in Charleston, SC. She graduated from Wofford College and the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Warren is very excited to join the team at Feels Like Family Dentistry. She loves being able to help people have healthy and beautiful smiles. She also enjoys hiking and camping with her husband, Tony and their fur baby Cricket. Dr. Lindsay Warren is the proud owner of Feels Like Family Dentistry as of October 28,2019.
Palma, Office Manager Palma started out as a part-time dental assistant in high school and has now been in the dental field for 41 years. Her passion is helping people have a healthy, beautiful smile. She and her husband, Ernie, have been married for 9 years. Palma has four beautiful children, ages 26, 22, 21, and 17. She enjoys hunting, fishing, motorcycle rides in the summer and cooking Italian food. Palma enjoys spending time with her church family at Chapin Fellowship Church. I now enjoy living in the woods in the country and my new church is Word Alive.
Charity, Front Desk Coordinator I started my dental career in 1992 when i had the opportunity to be trained as a dental assistant by one of the premier restorative dentists in Hollywood Florida where my love of dentistry blossomed. After 12 years assisting and returning to the midlands area of SC i migrated to the front office where my passion for accounting ignited my problem solving brain and the challenge of successful and efficiently running front office operations had me hooked! I enjoy helping patients to understand and utilize their dental benefits to the fullest. Outside of the office you will find me working on home renovations, crafting, or IDYing. Im blessed with two daughters, my husband, two step daughters. Our days are full with the sweetest toddler that we are so fortunate to care for.
Frances, Front Desk Coordinator Frances was born in South Carolina and raised in Elgin, and loves living here! She enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, as well as being outdoors as much as possible. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Trident Technical College in 1990 and has spent many years at chairside. She retired in 2019 from the clinical side and transitioned to the administrative side in 2020 when she came on board with us. Frances is an excellent addition to our team and our patients love her! We are so happy that she is with us.
Melissa, Dental Assistant Melissa recently joined the team at Feels Like Family Dentistry and could not be happier. She has been a dental assistant for 20 years. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to dental questions that patients might have. She is married with 2 children and several fur babies whom she loves dearly. Outside the office, she enjoys working out, hanging with her family, traveling and watching any sport that the Carolina Gamecocks are playing at that time of year.
Monica RDH, Registered Dental Hygienist Monica is a graduate of FlorenceDarlington Technical College. She is from rural South Carolina where patient education and preventative care were not a priority growing up. This realization fueled her passion for perusing dentistry. Monica enjoys being outside and always chooses the scenic route.
Asa RDH, Registered Dental Hygienist Asa was born and raised here in Sumter, South Carolina. She has been in the dental field for over 12 years and absolutely loves what she does. She is happily married and a mother of three beautiful kids, two girls, and a boy. Asa loves spending quality time with family, and loves to travel. She has been a great addition to our family and the patients love her. So glad you are with us!!
Everyone is warm, personable, gentle, and very concerned with the patients care. Little things show a lot of heart like recognizing me immediately when I walked in, double checking that I was comfortable during the procedure, and taking extra time to adjust something for my comfort.

The lady who answers the phone is VERY rude. From talking to her for 2 minutes I already know this would be a horrible place & they do not care about their patients.

I had a cleaning done today, Asia was awesome and comforting during my cleaning. The doctor was so thorough and informative! She didn't suggest any unnecessary work for me which I truly appreciate. Highly recommend!

I have been a client for over 6 years and I have never had any issues. Today was my 6 month cleaning and yes I was in and out with in 30 minutes. I was even give suggestions on what to do, because I love my coffee. See you in 6 months! I love my DENTIST & HYGIENIST. Kudos to front office staff alway inviting.

Highly recommend. A very mindful and patient-centered feel. Michelle, Monica and our Dr. Warren have always been easy- going and pleasant. I appreciate the open feel to their waiting/office area, though I imagine it could make staff feel like goldfish!, but it creates a open friendly sort of seeing/hearing everyone vibe I think with Francis and Charity staffing the front set a warm tone front the start.

I've hated dentists my whole life. The crew hear has made my dental needs so fun and pleasant. Dr Warren is very knowledgeable and so sweet easy to deal with . Her hole crew is very pleasant to deal with. .

Best dentist. She is a no nonsense person. She doesn't insist on a bunch of unnecessary dental work. She tells it straight and gets the job done which is just my style. I have gone 3 times and now my kids (7, 5, 2) are going here too after a terrible experience at a local pediatric dentistry. The tech who did their teeth was SO gentle and patient with them and all their funny questions. Give that lady a raise!

Awesome!! I had a filling fall out over the weekend, I called as soon as they opened on Tuesday morning and they had me scheduled in for Thursday to have it fixed! As a NEW patient! The ladies at the front desk were also incredibly helpful and patient while we were trying to get my insurance sorted out over the phone, they made the whole process easy!

I so appreciate Ms Francis, and Dr Warren for the warm welcoming during my first visit. Ms Francis you are truly a blessing, from making my appointment to my arrival and departure. Great staff and professional dental experts. Greeted me coming into the office and helped to mitigate any COVID -related restrictions. Once seated, I was treated like a family member during both my cleaning and dental exams. Love the hygienist and dentist, they were both gentle and helpful in determining an affordable course of action to restore my smile and tooth structure. Coming from another state, this really does feel like family and I think the level and cost of care are just right for me and my family. I am happy we decided to get our dental care here!!!

FINALLY...I CAN SMILE AGAIN. The friendliest front desk, Dr. Warren OMG she's amazing. Well versed on the latest Technics in denistry. Gave me several options. Explained costs and options. Monica did a superb job,w cleaning. They have teeth whitening programs at affordable costs. Fast. CLEAN, professional, easy to find on Spears Good parking, early appts. GO HERE. You can thank me later!!

My friend had an emergency & required care for her four month old asap. I called to cancel my appointment & was spoken to by a very rude front desk worker. She sighed very heavily when I said I would need to cancel an appointment due to the circumstances & told me I would owe a fee for cancelling. I said alright & gave my card details. When I finished, she was very abrupt and said "Okay bye" when I said thank you & to have a good day. I haven't faced any issues previously so I'm very disappointed and honestly annoyed. The cancellation was an unfortunate circumstance but there truly wasn't any other option & I didn't appreciate the rudeness at all. When your office has been open for less than 25 minutes there is no excuse for you to already have such a nasty mood.
