I called this place the other day to schedule an appointment for my wisdom teeth to be taken out finally. With three impacted and one breaking through the skin i have been in a lot of pain. The lady I spoke with was very rude and unprofessional!!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. She told me I had called a couple times and scheduled and never showed up for surgery? I had never contacted anyone about my wisdom teeth until I called this place. She said, your not welcome in our office, your waisting my time! I don't understand how their was a mixup like this, but I do know that she didn't need to be so rude about it. Or maybe she could have taken more info from me before assuming there is no one else in Federal way with my name...Don't waist your time with these people guys!
