What a great experience! When walking in you are greeted by a very friendly and professional receptionist, I’d only been one other time but she remembered my name. I was then taken back to get my teeth cleaned and the dental assistant, Melissa was friendly and very happy. All the happy faces really just made my day that much better. My family had covid, and the receptionist told me to come in anyways, because her opinion was that i only had a cold/flu. I said I won't be able to make it, due to me having a positive test for COVID, and she said I won't be able to make another appointment with them. Because we all had covid. Not my fault that we had the symptoms set in on the same day as my appointment and I did the right thing by canceling. As far as I'm concerned, they are allowing covid patients to come in, as long as they don't waste the doctor's time.

Husband and I paid #1,500 based on estimate for 1 crown and 1 filling eash only to learn from insurance that we overpaid by over $200. Fed Way Dentistry claims that their billing is done by a "new company on the East Coast" so I couldn't call to inquire about the problem. I had to send copies of the insurance pererwork and explain what I wanted. Eventually I got a check for $98 with no explaination. It has been impossible to get the balance of what we should not have paid. All I get is excuses. My husband had his gum pierced by a broken piece of tooth which remained lodged in a hole in his gum for 1 month until he could get an appointment with his periodontist. Dr. Nellie never noticed the gaping hole and broken tooth protruding. The crowns are amateurish and not contoured like any other crown in my mouth. If you want to overpay for dental work like George Washington had or like you might get in a prison, go to Dr. Nellie. P.S. 9 months after the above fiasco, the crown broke and cost us another thousand to replace by a competent dentist.

I haven't even been to this place . I called to make an appointment .its Thursday and the lady said if I didn't get there in an hour and a half I wouldn't be seen until tuesday . I asked her if there was anything I can do for the pain until Tuesday . she was very rude and said no because they have never seen me I felt like she could have suggested something

The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Nellie recently took over the practice and her work is thoroughly done. If you have any questions, the staff and Dr. Nellie will gladly answer and put your mind at ease. I 100% Recommend Dr. Nellie and the staff at Federal Way Dentistry!!

Just wanted to share how great my experience was at Federal Way Dentistry today! First of all the office is small and for those concerned with CODID 19 situation it is a perfect place to get your dental stuff done without running into bunch of other patients... Also the stuff is wonderful, very friendly, warm, professional and caring. Dr Nellie is super detail oriented , I never had dental exam that detailed and thorough, she explained everything and I learned a thing or two about my teeth :-) Highly recommend this office!

Just had a great experience in Federal Way Dentistry! Came for check up and broken tooth, Dr. Nellie offered me same day crown and like 90 min later I left the office with fixed tooth, new crown and clean teeth! I am really impressed with new technology and knowledge of the stuff! Federal Way Dentistry is my dentistry now.

Can I make it 6 stars? Absolutely fantastic experience. All usual things that you expect from reception desk in a good dental clinic are in place and slightly exceed expectations. That's the OK part of my visit. But the treatment itself is where it really shines. Impeccable precision, excellent quality and attention to details that exceeds mine by far. Me and my kid we were both happy after the visit as Dr Nelly made her best (I think even couple of extra miles) to fix whatever had to be fixed for us both. What should I say? So far, the best clinic that I know.

I hate going to the dentist, my kids absolutely adamantly refuse to go to the dentists, but Dr Nellie totally changed our perspective! I mean yes customer service is superb, staff is friendly office is sterile and technology is great, but what won us over is how unbelievably painless the whole process was! My daughter who screams bloody murder at the sight of the dentist did not even bat an eye when Dr Nellie put a crown on her broken tooth. She was literally stunned with how quick and smooth the whole procedure went. My teeth are super sensitive and cleaning is a torture for me. I barely felt anything with Dr Nellie, and my teeth are super clean, white and smooth. Absolutely loved the experience at her clinic, and 100% would recommend.

My appt was easy breezy! Not rough on the gums when they were cleaning....which is a plus. With Covid, they used proper sanitizing and mask use. Everyone was friendly as always. Thank you!
