Crooks. Go elsewhere. There scheduling is terrible if you work a typical schedule. Don't get there Kleer plan. They'll keep charging you even if you tell them to cancel it.

The staff, dental assistants, and dentist are excellent. I have a lot of dental issues and they were all kind, compassionate, and supportive. My dentist was straightforward and honest without being judgmental or condescending. They help me work through my dental anxieties to receive treatment. My family and I will be coming here for all of our dental needs.

I just want to say thank you Dr. Lim for fixing my smile. It was a very stressful situation dealing with the other lady at the office there. She was very heartless and rude. She messed up my crown really bad. It broke after 24 hrs. You jumped right in and fixed the whole problem. Your incredible and I thank You so much. You will be the only dentist at this location my kid's and I will see.

This place is a scam. I booked an appointment for a root canal based on my dentist referral. I waited 40 min in the lobby to get admitted. I sat in the chair then they said they can't do a root canal but a cleaning based on their "standard procedure". They can only book a root canal after at least 3 days. Mind you the only reason I booked the appointment because they said they can start the root canal right away. I'm in pain, but they have to clean my teeth first. They will say anything to get you in, then change at the last minute. Be honest and tell me your "Standard procedure" before I book the appointment. Scam artists

Thank you for the care. I don't know what I would have done with out all your expertise and professionalism and personal care. Keep up the great dental work! This was my third visit and as usual the care i received is beyond 10! I think you and my wife thanks you. Keep the good works coming. Spread the Smile's!

The hygienist I had today was excellent. She did an extremely good job. I didn't get her name unfortunately.

This was a horrible experience for me. I wanted them to simply extract a tooth but they took it upon themselves to take full xrays of my entire mouth. This is after i told multiple people i was there for one tooth. While i was able to get my tooth extraction done quite painlessly, this whole deal ended up costing me my entire years dental benefits. All because they chose to do what they wanted instead of listening to the patient. Im not happy

Extremely unprofessional, and inexperienced doctors. Went for a cleaning, they said I have cavities and will simply be done with resin. I came back after my bite was off, Dr. Lee seemed so rushed with the procedure and grinded so much to the point where my enamel is almost nonexistent She then goes on and sighs after I complained of pain and still uneven bite. She also grind my unaffected teeth as to the point where I can't feel the bite in my last molar (which was unaffected) I came back several times experiencing severe tooth pain where I couldn't eat for 3 weeks after a simple procedure. All they said to me was my bite was still off and replaced with resin again and told me to floss? If this is not your scope of practice or you are not confident with the care, then at least you could do was simply tell the truth to the patient. I never felt so devastated.

Dr Olga and her assistant, Ann, did a great job replacing two of my old crowns. They were very concerned about my comfort through the entire procedure.

Good (for a dentist) lol. Paula was my hygienist this time around. No pain, no numbing agents. She was just that good. See ya in 3 months!

I was afraid to come here because of some negative reviews. I had a great experience. I had to have a crown removed and Hannah was very kind and careful and numbed me beautifully. Dr.Lim was great at removing it. I'm actually looking forward to coming back!

I came here twice and I felt like it was a total waste of time. I scheduled an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and whitened, then a crown, which everybody knows comes before a whitening especially if you are trying to get a A visible whiter smile. For some reason the appointment was only for cleaning and strangely they wanted to go ahead and start with the crown so in my head I was thinking this doesn't make any sense because a whitening comes before the crown considering the fact you cannot bleach a crown. I had the whitening done, after uncomfortable three-fifteen minutes session couldn't tell the difference from before and after. Again they wanted to just go ahead and do my crown. The assistant told me it would take some days with some of the product still sitting on it to get more whiter and the receptionist said it would need to get whiten every month to get a noticeable "white". Didn't get the crown done because I didn't get the noticeable smile I hoping for from the whitening. I waste time and money. Could have bought me a purse instead. So so disappointed. Any this is my unfortunate experience here and I would never recommend this place.

I was seen as a patient with special needs, they were able to see me the very next day. Starting with the reception staff, I was treated with concern and respect. Then the dental staff went out of their way to ensure my comfort and calm. I would recommend this office to anyone for their dental needs but especially anyone with fear or anxiety. Thank you Federal Way Dental!

I had a horrible experience here and have not been back. In my 37 yrs of dental work no dentist has made me cry until this one. He was so rough when doing the numbing shots. and had horrible bed side manner. The front desk had to tell me that i guess i had a cavity. I mean he didn't even explain anything or make me feel calm and comfortable at all. My business will go else where.

I received a cleaning and two wisdom teeth extracted. It was a painful process, but I think I saved more money and time rather than seeing my other dentist in Seattle. Also, they had one appointment open and I was able to be seen the next day. Will return as I'm now apart of their membership program. Friendly staff
