Ended up getting a horrible infection after my surgery and on top of that their billing office REFUSED to work with my insurance even though they told me BEFORE my surgery it was covered and I'd only have to pay $394. They came back a month after my surgery with a bill for $1100. The woman Lorna in the billing department told me I'd have to deal with the insurance myself and I ended up spending close to 8 hours dealing with my insurance only to be told I needed to send more information. When I called Lorna to ask for the information she told me it was too late and hung up on me. It's not my job to deal with insurance and I have never had a dentist or drs office refuse to do their job. I let my dentist who referred me know about this horrible experience and he assured me he would no longer be sending patients there. It might be time to get someone new in your billing department who knows how to deal with clients in a professional way, Dr Feder.

Terrible experience with payment plan. Before surgery, they went over everything with my insurance and claimed the payment would be minimal. After surgery they send me a bill that was extremely high. I come to find out, they didnt send anything to my insurance. I call to clarify everything and the lady in the finance department, lauren, was the least helpful person I have ever dealt with. She was rude and constantly pushing off the work onto me and telling me to call insurance myself because "she doesn't want to work with them" (I have Aetna if that matters, and they have been nothing but wonderful for service)

Dr. Feder gave very clear explanation on the procedure he was going to do. He was very patient and highly skilled. I recommend him when you need oral surgery. His office staff were all nice too.

In all my life I have never been to a dentist like Dr. Ted Feder. The first time I went to see him he said "you have beautiful teeth." I had thought of having been put to sleep to get the tooth pulled, but the morning of my appointment even Dr. Feder said he could just gave me Novacaine. To safe me money also. His staff is outstanding! He helped me out the back door. I have been to many, many dentists but Dr. Feder is the best! He even called me that night to see how I was feeling! He is very kind, caring and professional! I give him five + stars!

Great Doctor and staff !! Virtually did not feel my tooth be extracted !!

Dr. Feder came to my aid when I was most desperate and he did not even know me. I had a bad tooth that needed to be extracted and my regular dentist said he was unable to do it. I was in the most extreme pain, with my face swelling as well. I conducted an internet search and Dr. Feder came up with rave reviews. I contacted him ON HIS DAY OFF and told him what was happening. He took time on his day off to email with my regular dentist to get information and x-rays. He called me back and said he would see me the next day, Thursday (2/28). It turns out, I had an infection along with a tooth that needed to be extracted. He put me on antibiotics immediately and managed to make a very complicated procedure (my tooth was splintered with another tooth) and he got the job done in a most expeditious manner with no pain from him extracting the tooth. He called me later that night at home to make sure I was all right. Who does that anymore? His staff is stellar. They are kind, knowledgeable and supportive. What a great experience.

Had 4 wisdom teeth taken out recently. Very comfortable and great staff. Explained everything so that I wouldn't be nervous. Will be coming back if I need anything else.

I have been to Dr. Feder twice in the last four years for tooth extraction. He is authoritative, confident, and really knows his stuff, but also warm and and puts me at ease during the procedure. Add to that a really super office staff, and I recommend him without reservation.

Dr. Feder is a kind, caring oral surgeon who was referred to my family by my dentist of over 30 years. My 20 year old had his wisdom teeth extracted at this office and he had no swelling or anything. My son was apprehensive about oral surgery but Dr. Feder explained everything in detail to my son, he was never condescending and my son felt at ease right away. My youngest has his turn on Tuesday but again, he isn't afraid or anything thanks to Dr. Feder and his wonderful staff.
