Very accommodating. explained my previous issues with prior dentists and not having a cleaning done in a few years. they were able to do my cleaning on my first visit. very quick and thorough. Kimber, the dental hygienist, was amazing! beautiful and clean space! 100 percent recommend!

I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dental work and the technicians and dentists were extremely gentle and kind! I had a lot of work done and I am very pleased with all the work done! Highly recommend them!

First time at Fayetteville smiles and it turns out that I need a lot of work done the people are there are so amazing they are very polite they make you feel comfortable there in my hygienist she was on her job her and the doctor are going to make sure they get my teeth in order thank you Fayetteville smiles for all the work you are going to do for me and continue to do for me thank you for a pretty smile again!!

First time to Fayetteville Smile today. Turns out my teeth need lots of work. Will need 4 more appointments after today. I previously had been going to Syracuse Health Centers dental department. I had a terrible experience and would not go back. The dentist there did not tell me anything. I had pain in my upper teeth and was given a temporary filling and sent away. The tooth continued to decay... Thank God I was referred to Fayetteville Smile. I was seen in 5 minutes as opposed to 90 minutes. I WHOLE HEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO EVERYONE

Review based on my three year olds first visits to the practice - Lee was so thoughtful and kind to him and made his first dentist experiences very enjoyable! The office is very clean and modern and the staff is great! Highly recommend.

Billing is horrible. Convinced me to get a crown. Was told that it was fully covered by insurance. Now getting a bill for $450. Even though my insurance states that is not correct. Called billing department several times. They told me twice now I would get a callback. They have not called me back. Over it.

Long wait and they will rip you off by showing you close ups of your teeth that show decay that makes them look 10x worse as they try to sell you bridges and crowns for thousands.

I had a fantastic visit with Fayetteville smiles. It's been a long time since I've seen an actual dentist and not a dental clinic that accepts my insurance. All in the same day I had dental x-rays, and crowns done. Surprisingly I've never been happy to see a dentist. Everyone was very nice and pleasant.
