I can't say enough good things about this dentist office & Dr. Woodhead. I've had a rough year with dental and oral health problems and Dr. Woodhead knew exactly what was going on while I was bouncing around oral surgeons and ENT's. The office is always able to fit me in and help me within a very reasonable time. Highly recommend!

They are good at fixing your teeth BUT they did not do much good with an elderly. They did not tell them they had cavaties, found out from another dentist...BUT they charge insurance when there is no bill due, zero. Lastly, when employees spend more time eyeing their cellphone than doing their job, it is time for a new dental office. Would have done 1 star if there was another but.

Had a tooth pulled and another one repaired on 2 separate visits. All the staff, including the dentist was awesome

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I've never felt compelled to write a review ever until now. I have my reminder card from 6 months ago saying our appointment was at 11 and a voicemail from them yesterday clearly saying 11. So I get there at 11 for them to tell me my appointment was at 10:40 so my daughter won't be able to get her teeth cleaned. Meanwhile I requested off of work today to take her and this is unacceptable. When I told her about the voicemail and reminder card she just stated that the computer said 10:40. Clearly this was an issue on their end and should not result in my appointment being rescheduled. We will not be returning. Not to mention you can't even call the office and have them answer. I called to tell them I was there per policy, they didn't pick up and when I walked in she was on her phone texting. DO NOT GO HERE.

My hygienist was awesome so spirited and kind . Didn't even feel like I was at the dentist . Great experience. The front desk I had minimumal interaction with first time coming but that's fine with me . Only negative is trying to reach them . It's like trying to reach the president LOL dam near impossible

Best dentist ever! I chipped a front tooth this morning and called once they opened. They were able to get me in at 11am (2 hours after I called) and Dr. Woodhead had me all fixed by 11:30. Incredible service and I highly recommend them! Thanks Fayetteville Dental Associates!

This place don't care about They're patients, went for a extraction Of a decaying tooth and they give me a referral to oral surgeon to extract my wisdom teeth plus the decaying tooth. Only oral surgeon that accepts my insurance is over a hour away. Now they won't even pull the tooth that is the problem because they gave me a referral. Fayetteville dental associates is a joke and a waste of time..

Dr. Devito and my hygienist were wonderful, however, their customer service is extremely poor. It is nearly impossible to reach them by phone. The office manager, Jenna, at the Fayetteville office is horrendous in the way she speaks to clients. She is very unprofessional and inappropriate. In fact, this experience has solidified the fact that I, nor my children, will return for our dental care. I do not recommend this practice as customer service is simply not their priority.

We are extremely pleased to have found this dental practice! Everyone has been very professional, friendly and efficient. Dr. Woodhead is very talented and reassuring, as he patiently explains all options, and what he is doing during each procedure. (I recently had 2 fillings & then a new 4-tooth bridge put in.) Jena, Jake, Cheryl, Karla and the rest of the staff have been great to work with also. Even my son feels comfortable going there! I highly recommend this Dental office.

Terrible staff with appointment making they called me and clearly said 1150 and I get there and they say it was at 1130.....and there closing fornthe foreseeable future. I think I'm gonna sue for medical malpractice
