My granddaughter had an accident the day before her First Communion and broke her two front teeth. My daughter found out Dr. Fay lived in her neighborhood and knocked on his door on Friday night. Without hesitation he opened his practice and did a Beautiful job fixing her teeth. He didn't even know my daughter or granddaughter but being the kind and compassionate man he is he saved her day. I could never thank him enough. When I posted it on Facebook I can't tell you how many of his patients responded with rave reviews.

The front desk is HORRIBLE and SO rude and talks about every single patient horribly when they walk in the door. I watched this happen to multiple customers when I was in and was disgusted with their customer service. I will be telling everyone that I know to go to a new dentist somewhere else. I will never bring any business to these people again. They are absolutely classless.
