Dr. John M. Fay, II graduated from Boston College in 1984 with a Bachelors degree in Biology, and from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1989. Dr. Fay spent 9 years practicing in Minnesota before moving to Green Bay in 1998, and has been at his present site in Park Place since 1999. Dr. Fay is a member of American Dental Association, Wisconsin Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, and Brown Door Kewaunee Dental Society.
Dr. Fay enjoys providing the variety of dental services required for family dentistry. He is committed to continuing education for his staff and for himself, and also to maintaining cutting-edge technology to ensure state-of-the-art care and a full array of options for his patients. He has received awards for his Fay Dental Cares program supporting the needs of the children in the Big Brother-Big Sister program in Brown County.
In his free time, Dr. Fay enjoys golf and weight training. He is an avid sports fan, and true to his New England roots, his favorite baseball team is the Boston Red Sox, and his second favorite is any team that beats the Yankees. His nearly thirty years in the Midwest have caused him to realign his football allegiances, and now you will find him rooting first for the Green Bay Packers, followed by his native New England Patriots, followed by any team that beats the Minnesota Vikings.

I am new to Fay Dental. I had a very good experience. I had my teeth cleaned. It was really nice how the hygenist was able to take pictures of a couple of teeth directly opposite each other had some deterioration. She was able to show and explain what was going on and gave me suggestions to get in there better.
I could sit here all day and tell you great things about this dental office! There are more high-tech tools that make the visit more relaxing as well as to get the mouth cleaner. The staff is great, I am so glad I switched to this dentist!
Dr Fay and his staff are exceptional. From the moment you walk in you will feel welcome. Office is very clean and all of the staff are kind, very professional and make sure your comfortable. While there they explain things very clearly. I recommend this office to everyone.
An absolutely awesome experience. Strongly recommend Dr Fay to all that have reservations about completing any dental procedure(s). I retired, still with dental insurance , putting off dental work because of past experiences. After online research I narrowed it to Dr Fay and staff, could not be happier, perfect choice. At my age I have been to a number of dental providers, some good some not. Dr Fay and staff including Theresa and the folks at the desk are an incredible group, the absolute best I've ever visited ... ever!

100% would recommend this place to any friend or family member with confidence. They are super professional, never take your money and make up that you need all this unnecessary work done, and they truly care about their patients. All the hygienists are nice and gentle. Dr. Fay is great with my 11-year-old daughter and made it so I know she will never hate going to the dentist again. I see Dr. Carolyn and she is just as fantastic!

Choosing Fay Dental was one of the best decisions I've made. It was one of the best dental experiences I have had in a long time. They listened to my concerns and took their time cleaning and explaining things to me. Recommending different treatment options that fit my budget. I can not recommend this dentist and practice enough. Always a great experience. Professional, friendly....I used to have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist but not anymore. I have been going to this Dentist for years.

Jennifer is an excellent hygienist. She is kind and very nice, and very thorough. I enjoy my visits with her. Dr. Fay is exceptional - very patient and explains things well. The office team is also amazing. I highly recommend this team.

Dr. Fay & his staff are wonderful! He's very particular & he & his assistant & hygienists give great care to our family's teeth. Jen is proficient with her hygienist work & they're all so friendly including the girls at the desk. The waiting area and patient treatment rooms are always super clean & organized. Our family have been patients with Dr. Fay for several years & we love it there!

I had such a wonderful experience from the moment I called and scheduled my appt., in which Cindy was very kind and professional! To the moment I stepped into the office and every employee greeted me! My hygienist, Jessica was amazing! She was very informative and gave me some good pointers to have an even healthier mouth! My teeth were sparkling clean and I couldn't stop smiling the rest of the day! I have found my forever home for my dental care! Thank you to the entire office for having such a kind, respectful and professional demeanor!

COVID19 is taken seriously at this office. I appreciate that the individual exam rooms have their own Dyson air filtering units. The staff greeted me warmly and my experience with the hygienist and Dr. John Fay was considerate to any discomfort, professional and educational to my dental health. I have and will continue to recommend this office highly.

Awesome dentist! I had a crown put in and it didn't hurt at all! Dr. Fay does an awesome job of making sure it is numb before starting. Friendly, efficient, quality service!
