I really liked Favour Dental during the first year I used them. BUT, this time - I had an appointment scheduled and needed to reschedule due to a work conflict. I called 2 weeks prior to my appointment to ask to reschedule. I was told that the first available appointment was 8 months away! 8 months for a regular cleaning and checkup!!!! I asked about being put on a wait list for a cancellation and was told that I could only be put on a wait list if I scheduled an appointment. I cannot wait another 8 months for my appointment when I am due for a check up and cleaning NOW!!! So, I have found a new dentist with more reasonable wait times (2-3 months). I guess Favour Dental has too many patients to adequately care for them all. So sad, because it was so convenient for me.... The 2 stars is for lack of ability to see patients.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. To say I had a great experience at Favour Dental would be an understatement! Dr. Bonnin and his whole team are so sweet, understanding and truly charismatic. You are felt welcome from the start. Dr. Bonnin has great technics to help ease your mind while having procedures done. Mrs. Maria is a perfectionist when it comes to cleanings. No pain at all with my deep cleaning and procedures done! Blessed to have found Favour Dental!

I had to find a new dentist because of change in dental plan. I never like going to dentist because I do not like pain. Dr. Bonin and his staff are just great people; I felt safe and feel very comfortable. I had a broken tooth and was expecting lots of pain, Dr. Bonin make sure I understood the proposed treatment, he kept me informed of the progress as he was working on my tooth, he make sure I was not feeling any pain. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist. He treats you like a friend. all his staff are so personable. I stop going to Favour dental shortly after my visit because I received a rejection to pay notification from my insurance. It was for a line item billed by this practice to my insurance for gum removal; I only went in to get a broken tooth crowed. There was no gum removal. I can cancel all my appointments with this practice and found a new dentist. I also told the practice why I no longer used them.

I had a tooth that was evaluated by an Endodontist as well as another Dentist who had worked on the tooth years before on a different insurance plan. They both were in agreement that I would have to have an implant! I was terrified! Dr. Bonin DISAGREED on the diagnosis and further treated the tooth and it has been a success! Dr. Bonin is a Dental Wizard! He is trustworthy, compassionate, and kind beyond belief! You could not be in better hands! He is not only a wonderful Dentist, but more importantly, a moral man with excellent values. Make Dr. Bonin your Dentist!

What an experience! First visit and Dr. Bonin has a great personality and makes you feel like you've known each other for years. He went over my issues and broke it down so I understood everything. Everyone was super nice and the dental hygienist Ms. Aleyda Lance did an amazing job all the while making sure I was comfortable. Wish I would have found this dentist years ago. Highly recommend. If you can't get an appointment when you need it and can wait for an opening, do it!

I walked in there thinking I had a few cavities, so he TOTALLY could've taken advantage of me and could've said I needed work done, but he said that my teeth are healthy and no cavities! It was great that he cared about my health and pocket more than just making a buck. I will DEFINITELY be going back here!

We have been patients here for six years. The front desk staff is always organized and friendly. The dental assistants are very thourough and gentle. Dr. Bonnin keeps a close eye on our dental health. I very much appreciate his honesty; he does what's necessary and what makes sense, which has kept us healthy and saved us money. We've been so happy here that when our dental insurance switched and no longer covered us at Favour, we decided it was well worth it to pay out of pocket and continue to cared for by Dr. Bonnin and his staff.
