Regarding the reception staff: Both my husband and I have never been treated so rudely by professional staff. Regarding the doctor: Dr. Alarcon is a very nice and gentle doctor, and we had very positive experiences with her for most visits. However, we were told that our daughter had cavities in her baby molars and needed 6 steel crowns using sedation over the course of 3-4 visits. This would have cost us more than $500 per visit out of pocket with our insurance. After consulting with other parents who had gone through similar experiences and found the recommended plan a bit off, we got a second opinion from another dentist who told us they would only recommend *one filling* for *one cavity*, which can be accomplished in a 30 minute appointment. We would monitor the other teeth over the course of her childhood, treating them if needed. Could be a different philosophy or approach to treatment of baby teeth, but would have been a VERY expensive one that was seemingly not necessary.

This office is fantastic! Everyone is so nice and professional. Very timely and thorough with both my children. My now 5 year old was terrified of the dentist so much so that her former dentist would have to papoose her. We found this office when we relocated to this side of town and I'm so glad we did! My daughter is no longer afraid of the dentist, she's excited to go now. The front desk staff is phenomenal, they are always respectful to me and my kids. I've heard ppl. complain that they don't bend the rules (COVID, lateness) for ANY patients, but that's good to keep alll patients treated fairly. They take good care of my babies

Was denied service due to not having a face mask. Very disappointing that a medical practice cannot at least offer one if required & then made us reschedule for more than a month out with no intentions of accommodation. This would've been my second visit in over 6 months and I was asked "you've been here before, you didn't know you needed a mask?" along with being told I have only 15 minutes to retrieve one while obviously handling a toddler. Very disrespectful as this was a circumstance where I forgot my mask in another purse and would've been willing to get/wear one if given some grace. My daughter was very excited to come to her 6 month check up but we will not be returning due to the lack of respect from staff.

Very disappointed it all started from a year ago when she discriminated on my son that has special needs. Asking me questions about his medical condition during his dentist appointment. I elaborated that we should discuss this at another time or you should have read your notes prior to the appointment. Ever since I felt that way during our appointment and seeing the frustration in her face with trying to help my son I never went back. I decided to give her another chance by being my children and I got there today 18 minutes late asking if it was ok if she could see my son I also elaborated that I don't mind changing the appointment. The staff person said hold on let me see if she will see you. When she got back to the door she said she will see you this time but you are suppose to be here within. The 15 min grace period . I was only over three minutes and I am coming from Owings mills Md. I already felt like she wa being rude from the last visit and I said not today I do t feel like being disrespected because she is very rude. I came back to the door because I just wanted to get my 2 year old teeth checked. She refused she see me have us the lady said she heard what I said of me saying she was rude. So this is my initial review and I am very disappointed and if your kids have special needs look elsewhere because you will feel like it's not a good fit for them. She will make you feel like you are not doing your part as a parent and that she is unclear of how to help them .

Always on time, everything extremely clean. Very professionals. Thanks for attending Maia, she is so happy with Dr. Alarcon. Previous dentist only checked 3 minutes her teeths... Dr. Alarcon give the time to each patient.

I was very pain today, FSP were not considerate . Even after explaining the reasons why I was 18min late for my appointment for the first time. They refused to attend to 1 out my 4 children. The receptionist was very rude to my 3 year daughter

Worst Service worst staffs. they have no respect nor care for their patients. I won't take my kids here again ever. And the staff manager is the worst of them all. I recommend some of my family members here and all of them had bad experience. Very unprofessional they lied and denied all the verbal discussion that we had and after waiting for 5 months my child suffering in pain for 5 months they canceled my appointment and denied the discussion they had with me. Keep everything in writing cuz they will lie and denial.

The message for the Doctor that I couldn't reach because each time I call the front lady hung up with me to avoid complaint about her rudeness and non respectful way to treat a father of four children attend this office. She cancel all the appointments of my children and told me to leave the place after I ask her to fill a school form for my daughter to join an athlete group. She was so unprofessional to explain why it's not possible to fill out a normal one page. I checked with the insurance and I know she gave me a wrong instructions with no reason. She kicked the whole family out and she laughed when I insisted to talk to the doctor herself.

The staffs are very professional and welcoming as soon as you make an appointment and enter the office. Dr.Alarcon has very good bedside manners and the front desk manager is so nice! They always do a great job.

Both of my kids have been seen by Doctor Alercon since they were little kids( my son is 16 yr old now). She is the best!our family loves her. She treats your kids like her own and her staff are amazing. She is highly skilled and provide the latest technologies in her practice. She is very knowledgeable and patient with the kids.
