Dr. Scott Favero and Dr. Christian Favero are orthodontic specialists. Orthodontists attend a 2-3 year orthodontic residency after dental school, where they learn to manage tooth movement and guide facial development.
Dr. Scott Favero grew up in Sacramento and haslived in the greater Sacramento area continuously other than during college and dental training. He and hiswife, Margaret, have six children and 19 grandchildren! In addition to being an orthodontist hehastwo other loves - flying and farming! Hefliessmall planes as often as possible and if he's not in the office, he is usually busy working onthefarm where he grows alfalfa and olives.
Dr. Favero attended Washington University for dental school and received his Masters of Science degree in Orthodontics from St. Louis University in 1986.He has worked hard tocontinueto learn about emerging methods and technologies that benefit our patients by providing them with the best possible orthodontic care.
Dr. ChristianFavero (Dr. Scott Favero's son) was born and raised inSacramento.He and hiswife, Amy, have three children. Dr. Christian worked as a product designer before dental school. Design is still one of Dr. Christian's passions, and when not working in the office, he is often working on some type of design project.
Dr. Christianattended the University of the Pacific in San Franciscofor dental school and received his Masters of Science in Dentistrydegree and orthodontic certificate in 2017from The University of Texas at Houston. Dr. Christianis also a board certified orthodontist.Helovesworkingwith his father and is committed tocontinuewiththe tradition of providing orthodontic excellence for all ages.

Go see these people! From the front staff, to the hygienists, to both Drs. Favero - I have nothing but great things to say about this practice - so kind, caring, AND professional. After having gone through 2 rounds of unsuccessful braces with other providers, I got a complimentary appointment with Dr. Favero, and was astounded at the amount of personal time he gave me...full scans, long talk, and then he recommended that I probably shouldn't suffer through any more work considering I take so much Aleve due to a previous injury. He made some suggestions regarding a couple of things that would help me...for far less money than if I'd had full braces again - Such integrity! He could have made a boatload of money off me, but instead recommended an ethical and practical approach. If anyone I care about ever needs orthodontia in the future, these are the people I will send them to, no matter the distance (I live over an hour away, myself). I recommend Favero Orthodontics without any reservation whatsoever.

What a wonderful experience working with the Doctors Favero! My daughter just finished her braces treatment and I have completed my SureSmile treatment. Dr. Favero and his team are amazing! All three of my girls have had braces done, by his team and are thrilled with the results. He is an expert in his field and everyone in his office is so friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend Dr. Scott and Dr. Christian to anyone looking for a fantastic orthodontist!

Faverio Orthodontics has been wonderful to work with through the years. We had to do two sessions of braces for one child to fix palette issues and the transition between sessions was seamless. My son broke a bracket on a weekend and we called to let Dr. Favero know. My son said the broken piece wasn't bothering him and that he could wait for the office to open on Monday, but Dr. Favero insisted on meeting us down at his office on a Saturday night and fixed it for us! All of the staff are friendly and have easily answered our questions through the years. They are accommodating to our crazy schedule and find appointment times that work for us. The office is new, modern, and the technology is latest out there in orthodontic care. We've never had an issue with parking and wait time is very short. Both Dr. Faveros so wonderful to work with, highly recommend their services.

My daughter just finished her 3 year treatment with Favero Orthodontics, and we could not be happier with the service they provided. Over the years Dr Scott Favero, Dr Christian Favero, and the whole staff has been very kind, helpful considerate, and understanding. Kim at the front desk has always been very patient when we needed to reschedule or squeeze into a small window. My daughter also likes Arianna a great deal! Never felt pressured or forced into anything, and we are very happy with the service this office has provided. I will continue to refer anyone that is looking for a good orthodontist . Once again thank you for a job well done.

We have been very happy with our whole experience at Favero Orthodontics. They have done braces for 3 of our kids now, with the Sure Smile system, and the results have been fast and beautiful. The staff is friendly and always so willing to work with us. We highly recommend them!

I had an amazing experience at Favero Orthodontics! This was my third time in braces (wear your retainer people!) and as a adult I was excessively irritated by the thought of being in braces AGAIN. Dr. Favero, Dr. Christian, and Megan made the process so easy and so comfortable. We made a plan that I could live with and my monthly appointments were like visiting friends. Their office was just recently beautifully remodeled, and they have all the fancy technology that didn't exist the last time I was in braces. I can not recommend them enough!

Dr Favero and his team are fantastic! I first came to Favero Orthodontics nearly 20 years ago for a severe under bite and cross bite. Dr Favero worked with my Maxillofacial Surgeon to prepare me for surgery and the outcome was life changing! So, when my son needed braces I knew exactly where to take him. Dr Favero's son has since joined the practice and is just as wonderful as his father.

Between our son and daughter, and the different phases of their braces, our family has been with Favero Orthodontics for the last 9 years. During this time, we have really enjoyed working with Dr. Scott Favero and more recently his son, Dr. Christian Favero, as well as their very kind and accommodating office staff who have become friends over the years. We have found that they are very knowledgeable and use the latest technology in their practice. We love that our children have straight teeth and beautiful smiles, but we will miss seeing all the friendly staff at Favero Orthodontics. We highly recommend Favero Orthodontics to anyone considering braces for their children!

Dr Favero is an exceptional Orthodontist with state of the art equipment, a very professional and friendly staff and a very pleasant office atmosphere. My youngest sons teeth were so very misaligned that I doubted if they could ever be fully restored. The Doctor assured us and in the months to follow, we witnessed his smile being slowly adjusted to perfect alignment. We were finished several months ahead of schedule and in time for Senior portraits. Thanks again Dr Favero and team!

I've gone to Dr. Favero off and on for about 15 years, pre- and post- braces (luckily braces only lasted for one year of those 15!). Dr. Favero has an incredibly patient and kind demeanor. His staff has always been pleasant, and some have been there for a long time; it's clear they're very loyal to him. He's also gotten some younger, fresh-faced staff, which livens up the office, as I overheard some exchanges between them and the young kids getting their braces tightened. They seemed very happy to be working there and interacting with the different patients. Dr. Favero has also given the office a face lift over the years, It's very modern and it's encouraging that he wants to keep an updated appearance for his patients and new generations. Dr. Favero's practice has a family atmosphere as well, especially now that he's brought his son into the practice with him. His son is friendly and introduced himself to me during my appointment. I'm happy to give my business to a great family practice. Not to mention, Dr. Favero made my teeth look amazing, and years after having braces and following the routine of wearing my retainer nightly, they still look as perfect as they did right after braces.
