Denise has been an essential part of our orthodontic team for over 20 years. She ensures the office runs smoothly and handles everything from patient contracts, insurance billing, to the occasional IT issues. Denise assists Dr. Faunce with all aspects of practice management in order to support our team and provide seamless care to our patient families. She is one of the first friendly faces you will meet when coming into the office. You will find that she cares about every aspect of your treatment and will make ever effort to accommodate you to the best of her ability.
Tonya was born in North Carolina but has lived in Florida her whole life. Tonya and her husband Trey adore spoiling their two amazing fur babies Lilly, a beagle and Lacy, a chocolate lab. When Tonya isnt working, you can find her at the beach, working in the garden, fishing, or whipping something up in the kitchen.
Lili was born in Cuba, but moved to Miami, Florida at a very young age. She lived in Miami for about 9 years and then her and her family moved to Palm Cost. She has lived there for about 13 years. She just recently moved to St. Augustine with her boyfriend and their little fur baby named Cali, a Siberian Husky.
Lili has worked in the dental field since 2017 and absolutely loves the process of orthodontics, from start to finish. Especially seeing the smile on patients faces when they get their braces off! When shes not in the office she really enjoys being outside in nature and she never leaves her camera behind!
Deanna joined our office in 2010. She came to us with 20+ years of orthodontic experience. She predominately works in the Palm Coast office, although on occasion you may see her in St. Augustine. In addition to being an orthodontic assistant, she also makes sure everyone in the clinic has everything they need to take the best care of our patients.
Originally from Bristol, Connecticut, she spent most of her childhood in Daytona and young adulthood in Jacksonville, where she began her career in orthodontics. She now resides in Palm Coast with her husband, Jose, and their 2 daughters, Madison and Camryn. Her son Stephen is currently in college in Jacksonville. Deanna enjoys shopping, the beach, dancing, spending time with her family and doting on her 2 dogs, Chloe & Max.
Bronwynne joined our team in 2021 as an extern. When she finished school, she joined us full time. She is originally from Brooklyn, New York and moved to Florida about 10 years ago. She enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her husband Tyler. When shes not at work she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and taking her dogs Brooklyn and Daisy to the beach and for walks at the local state park.
Lisa comes with 25+ years of orthodontic experience to our office. Lisa is a mother of two children and a grandmother to four grandchildren who she absolutely adores! In her spare time you can find her out on the St. Johns River or at her local racetrack.
Kaley has lived in Florida her whole life. She feels at home when she is on the beach and in the sunshine. She loves her job because it allows her to meet and learn about new people. Her home life consists of relaxing with her husband and their six fur babies, reading, and finding any excuse for a social outing.
Ashlee brings a positive and fun vibe to our office. Ashlee was born in Gulfport, Mississippi but has lived in Florida most of her life. Ashlee brings 10 years of chair side assisting in orthodontic and general dentistry. Ashlee is an honors graduate from Fortis College where she received her EFDA certification. She has also received many achievements including presidents list, deans list, overall superior achievement, and perfect attendance. She loves anything to do with water sports or outdoor adventures. When shes not at work you will most likely find her on the St. Johns River enjoying the sunshine while wake surfing with friends and family.

Dr Faunce is an incredible and educated orthodontist! She cares and understand why you don't pull teeth! 2 PLUS years ago we started on this journey of finding an orthodontist! Everyone wanted to do a series of braces one year on, then two years and pull teeth! I was always like that's too much! No one should be pulling perfectly healthy teeth. Dr Faunce and the Damon system agrees as well. We had a great experience with them and my daughters smile is full and beautiful! She had braces for exactly 2 yrs. No teeth pulled, no braces here and there! Just one and done! Flagler is lucky to have Dr Faunce! Everyone else rec'd teeth pulling! Thank goodness we found you Dr Faunce! Love you and your Amazing staff!!! Always greeted with a smile too! Grace and Fam!

I started ortho treatment back in 2010-2012 during high school and I had the pleasure of working with Dr. Faunce and her staff who were incredibly caring and compassionate to their patients. There have been countless of times where people have complimented my smile and I cannot thank Dr. Faunce and her staff enough for changing my life. Although it's been ten years since, I am truly grateful and appreciate all the hard work that was put into my treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Faunce! :-)

Seriously Amazing! Dr. Faunce and her staff are so pleasant and caring. They make the experience easy and fun! I had my braces for 18 months and just got them off yesterday. I could not be more happy with the results! I have already made plenty of recommendations but I will never stop! If you are thinking of choosing them, do it!

Dr. Faunce and her entire staff made the experience of wearing braces for almost two years a pleasant experience- something I wouldn't have said was possible. Dr. Faunce and her staff were professional, supportive and caring. Everyone in the office is very competent, very friendly, and very much a team member. I am still amazed at the results - I never quite believed my teeth could look as good as they do. I can't recommend Dr. Faunce enough!

Dr. Rebecca placed my braces about 10 years ago and till this day I am forever grateful and appreciate her work and her heart for the people. My life and my confidence was changed for ever. I recommend everyone to her. I am writing this review 10 years later because I want to bring my sister to her who lives in Orlando and sent her the office link. Dr. Rebecca is worth the drive .

I checked out two orthodontists before choosing Dr. Faunce. The first told me that she would be in head gear for a year. I know my daughter - that wasn't an option. I then went to meet with Dr. Faunce. The minute you step in Dr. Faunce's office you feel welcome. Her front staff is extremely friendly and kind, and her technicians are A-Plus. The office is so welcoming for children and is kept extremely clean which is very important to me. I knew my daughter would need braces by the time she was 3. She had a serious finger sucking problem and by the age 10 I was doubtful and dismayed she might never have a beautiful smile. Dr. Faunce put on my daughter's braces when she turned 11. It took a tad longer because of appointment delays with COVID, but here we are 3 years later and when the braces were taken off a few weeks ago I literally cried. Her teeth are perfect! It was amazing to see the before and after. I can't thank Dr. Faunce and her team enough. This was a gift I wanted to give my beautiful baby girl and the results will last her a lifetime.

When moving to FL my daughter already had braces. We were leary about switching to a new office considering how much money we had already put into her braces. Both the Orthodontist who attended us for the consultation and April at the front desk put us at ease. While insurance wouldn't cover it again seeing as they had already paid the other office for the majority of the treatment, Dr. Faunce's office made sure we were able to afford the payments for the next year. The Doctors and the staff really made every visit personal and pleasant. My daughter's anxiety was easily put to rest because of their personalities! We love them all at the office and really appreciate the personal touch and care they take with every patient! Not to mention state of the art equipment and methods of correction, The expert care she received really made a difference in my daughter's smile and self confidence! Every adjustment went so much better than we had been used to. In a few short months we could see so much of a difference in her teeth! I wish we had started off with Dr. Faunce. I have a feeling we would have been done her treatment a whole lot sooner! Thanks guys! You are all amazing and special people at the office! We are grateful to have found you!
