Just called and was on the phone with someone named ROSE right off the bat she just said hello and stayed quiet. Didn't have proper introduction as she should. I gave her my information and I had to repeat myself 3 times as she repeated my number and name she kept saying the wrong numbers. She sounded out of it and distracted after I confirmed my information she just said okay thank you and hung up. Didn't ask me what I was calling for nor what I needed. I called the second time and same person answered but before that I had to call 4 times and the machine saying the place was closed kept coming up. And it's only 2:05 pm when I called. I told her she hung up on me when I wasn't even done talking to her and she apologized but in a tone of being Insincere then she goes on to say what do I need then ?? So I asked for her name. Idk if she's new or if she's been here for a long time but worst over the phone experience I've had here. She told me to call back in 15min basically someone's going to have to pick up her slack and do her work. Unacceptable.

My family & I have attended Far west Dental Group for as long as I can remember & they have always treated us very well with a positive attitude every visit! Receptionists are very lovely & understanding, doctors & assistants are very patient & hard working. Farwest Dental is the best dentist I've been to in my adult life. The staff is amazing,very friendly. They made all the fears I had coming in totally go away. They gave me an appointment the next day which was amazing.. they accept straight medical so that is a plus. Clean office. Respectful and nice dentists and staff. On point and straightforward no hidden fees, definitely trust worthy. Very helpful and accomodating. They work with adults and younger children so the whole family can get seen together. They answered all my questions and gave recommendation which was appreciated. Definitely recommend give them a try you'll be pleased. They are our family's new dentist we are definitely settling down with them for the long run.

My experience with farwest dental group was awesome the Lady's at the front desk were super nice, kind and courteous i'll recommend farwest dental office to the public I LOVE THE NEW management The previous management before suck big time everybody was rude doctors ladies at the front office Sucked
