If I had to sum up this dental group in three words: unorganized, uncommunicative, slow. I would largely steer clear of this office after they have proven time after time they are simply incompetent. They made me wait three hours prior to telling me systems were down. When systems did finally come up, I had an additional 1-2 hour wait until I would be seen. Based on my history with them, once seen, it'll take an additional 30 mins to get a dentist in my room to begin work. That's a total of approx. 5 hours in a dentist office. That's really absurd. Will not recommend AT ALL!

My experience at FarWest Dental have been pleasant the staff is amazing. I have know 2 staffs for sure, for many years. I'm comfortable with my dentist Dr. Fayaimi I trust his work. Thank you FarWest Dental!!

My experience with Dr Hassan Fayoumi was great. First of all I had been to several dentists, who didn't want to take the time to properly treat me because of my health condition being a diabetic and having high blood pressure in addition to my fear of having my teeth pulled. I felt like the whole process would be intrusive to say the least. He took his time and worked with me by pulling two at a time. He was very gentle. I never had any bad days as he pulled my teeth. The staff was phenomenal, always pleasant.. There were so many good things. I would come back and refer him to others. Job well done!

I've been going here for the past 5 years now. I never ever cared for the dentist until I met them. Man my teeth were in bad shape and my crush was outrageous ! I was loosing my teeth and very unhappy about it. But today I'm so happy to say I have a AWESOME!!! Dentist who saved my teeth and restored my smile. Dr. Alkadri is the best dentist ever! . He has a gentle touch with a warm, calm and friendly demeanor. He listens, cares and fixes the problem and is about saving your teeth. Tanisha the office manager is very professional, always pleasant & kind, very patient, thoughtful,understanding just amazing!!!. Ms.Pat and Yolanda are so sweet an patient they all treat me like family and believe me when I say I can be difficult . Thanks Farwest Dental!!! Your the Best!!! I have referrals heading your way!

Hassan Fayoumi and Ms. pat has Been the most loving people at Farwest dental group when I first came to this dentist I was so afraid to get any treatment but these two people have made me feel So comfortable to get ever done here when I came to get a tooth removed I was praying and hoping that he will be the one to remove that tooth and he was I was lucky to have this experience to remove the pain I was having in that tooth But I just want to give a big shout out to ms.pat for all the positive and honesty comments she have me to motive me to get everything done she told me no lie I appreciate both of them for making me feel better then before this is a place I'm forever calling home because not only do they comfort you they turn frowns into big smiles

Janet,Tanisha and Dr Fayoumi are great ! If your experiencing any pain or anything they make you feel so comfortable and welcoming and do whatever it is that they can to make everything ok I came into the office TERRIFIED of getting my tooth pulled and they made everything ok from the conversations to the numbing to the making sure I didn't come out of pocket for anything I didn't have too and to top it off I was a walk in and got everything done the same day ! I really appreciate you guys and I'll definitely refer anyone who's looking for a great dentist office

This is the best dental office in all Los Angeles!! They made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.. I want to especially give a big thank you to the floor manager Lanaiah!! She was super helpful went above and beyond her duties! I would recommend this place to any and everyone!!

I would definitely recommend this office for anyone that wants quality service. I did 8 fillings and 1 extraction. I was so nervous before the procedure but the staff there made me feel comfortable enough to ease my nervousness. They also used top equipment when working on my teeth. Kristina was especially helpful and awesome. She is very professional and pays attention to details. She is also friendly and makes you feel at ease. Definitely ask for her when you there. Thank you Kristina. My experience there was superb.

I really love them I had major work on my mouth and the staff was very respectful and I had two dental assistant that was wonderful one is Kristina and LaNaiah was very much helpful and kept me from flipping out and Marvin is wonderful I will refer more people keep up the great work and warm family feel

This office is okay. They try to be as professional as they can be, and friendly. Went to get some work done & they was nice about it, but the assistant doing the work was kinda rough. Also it's a lot of talking going on from the staff in the back about whatever and it was just a lot for me. Overall my last visit was good.

New pt here unfortunately a lady wanted me to get FMX to bill medical tried telling me that if I get dental work if I don't do it they don't pay all I wanted is to get a filling on a molar that my filling came off so I did not wanted to much radiation she seemed upset then doctor comes in seemed very frustrated like not wanting to help me told me get tooth paste for sensitivity when a hole is in my molar ? Not sure if they know what there doing at this point very disappointed do not come here I see that it's all about billing insurance to get some type of money and I understand but at least take the time to take care of the issue I left the office with my tooth hurting going elsewhere other than that front desk very nice a DA

When I first walked i was greeted by Yvette! She was nice and was happy to assist me. Ms. Yolanda, Ms. Tanisha, and Ms. Pat were all so wonderful and made me feel comfortable and welcomed at the front desk! Everyone in the office was so kind! Like family! I highly recommend this office!
