Dr. Brad Farrow loves working with children and young adults and takes great pride in providing exceptional dental care. His years of training and private practice experience have allowed him to provide specialized, comprehensive oral health care for infants, children, and adolescents. As a board certified pediatric dentist, he appreciates that he is not only involved with childrens oral health, but acts as an advocate for all child related issues within the community.
Dr. Brad is a Georgia native. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry in 2001. Dr. Farrow continued his education at the Medical College of Georgia and completed a two-year residency specializing in pediatric dentistry. Upon graduation from residency in 2003, Dr. Farrow was stationed in Okinawa, Japan and served as a pediatric dentist in the United States Navy. In 2006, Dr. Farrow joined an established practice, giving him the opportunity to gain further knowledge and experience. Fulfilling his desire to start his own practice, Dr. Farrow relocated to Tennessee and Farrow Pediatric Dentistry opened its doors in April, 2010.
As a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist, Dr. Brad is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Tennessee Dental Association, and the Nashville Dental Society. Dr. Brad also remains actively certified in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support) and CPR. He is experienced in oral conscious sedation, nitrous oxide, and operating room procedures.
Dr. Brad and his wife, Jill, have two daughters and a son, Josie, Harper, and Carter. He and his family love being a part of the Spring Hill community and look forward to enjoying the many activities and community events in the area. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Brad enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing drums and guitar with fellow musicians, exercising and a variety of outdoor activities.

Dr. Farrow is amazing! Couldn't recommend him enough! The staff and Dr.Farrow was so gentle and good with my little one! Best pediatric Denitist by far.

They were so nice to my baby. They took time to explain things. She has previous trauma from another dentist and they were so careful not to upset her to much. She did so wonderful ND saod she liked her new dr. I would recommend them for anyone with a baby. Best experience I've ever had at a dentist

Dr. Brad and his staff are wonderful with my little boy! He has serious anxiety about the dentist and has usually needed sedation to do cleaning or work on his teeth. They have always been very patient with him and yesterday they did x-rays, cleaning, and a checkup with no issues. I am very proud of my son, but I know this would not have been possible without the amazing staff that always try so hard to make him comfortable and calm his fears.

My 4 year old had to have a number of cavities filled, which is obviously no fun. But the staff was so kind and professional that they put us at ease from the moment we walked in. Nurse Megan and Dr. Farrow did such a wonderful job making sure our daughter was comfortable and talking her through what was happening. By the end, we were all laughing - I couldn't believe it! Setting children up for a lifetime of healthy teeth is truly the Farrow Pediatric Dentistry team's calling. We thank them for giving us hope that our daughter will actually look forward to going to the dentist again!

Truly the best around! My 3 YO is super comfortable here and every one explains what they are doing on his level. He always wants to go back. The bus in the lobby could help The staff and Dr. Brad are patient and answer all questions in a way parents can understand. 10/10

The girls and Dr. Farrow we're amazing with my little girl! After her first visit two weeks ago, and needing x rays, we were both a little nervous for her routine visit on Tuesday. We were taken back as soon as we arrived (even though we were a tad late), and the one technician took the time to sit down and befriend Mia, making her feel comfortable enough to let them take x rays again without the fight! I'm so glad we were referred here, and will continue to come here.

Dr. Farrow and staff are the best! They are all so friendly and made my daughter so comfortable!! We drove 1.5 hours based on a friend's referral and it was 100% worth it! We will be back for regular cleanings and any other future needs of my daughter!
