Should a dental emergency occur, we make every effort to see and care for you as soon as possible.

As a practice, we are true believers that preventative care and education are the keys to optimal dental health. We strive to provide dental health care vs. disease care. Not only are we focused on the beauty of your smile, were also concerned about your health. A review of your medical history can help us stay informed of your overall health, any new medications, and any illnesses that may impact your dental health.

Infection control in our office is also very important to us. To protect our patients and ourselves, we strictly maintain sterilization and cross contamination processes using standards recommended by the American Dental Association (ADA), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).

Also, being members of various professional dental associations helps us to stay abreast of the changes and recommendations for our profession.

Building a foundation of trust by treating our patients as special individuals is vital to our success. We understand how uneasy some patients may feel about their dental visits, and how we can make a difference in providing a relaxing and positive experience. If I could give them 10 stars I would. This office is excellent! Excellent staff excellent office. Look at these comfortable chairs! It's clean not like some officers I been too. That's not it, let me tell you about doctor Davidson. He there only on Monday and Tuesday. He is heaven sent. Hes calm, patient, kind, considerate, he will work with you. If your scared of the dentist like I was. You will change your mine about the dentist when your in Hes care. And he will pray with you! Who could ask for anything else. I got a tooth pull today. I didn't feel any discomfort he took his time with that tooth. I didn't know it was out it was so smooth! Wow! Give this office a chance. You won't be disappointed

They have way to many people in there all at once knowing they can't accept all those people in one day. Obviously, they didn't even treat me for what i went there for.

Dr. Smith is wonderful. He didn't make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. He was gentle and understanding of my concerns about being terrified of the dentist. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My treatment plan was explained to me in detail and I was given options. They will FOREVER be my dentist.

I came in on time it took them 30 min just to tell me that they had the wrong card for my insurance. So I gave them my dental insurance information and they still told me its too late to be seen. I took my day off drove a hour away from home just to come here I scheduled 2 weeks out. I've been living off pain pills for 2 weeks. And literally having a dental emergency. I will never come here again

Brought my daughter in for one appointment and was told she needed 2 fillings , never showed me the X-ray , dr never spoke with me about said findings just had ladies up front schedule a follow up for fillings. So I come back for 2nd appointment and am told there is a charge out of pocket - my daughter has Medicaid , none of my children have ever had out of pocket cost for dental treatment unless I wanted to elect for general anesthesia or something. I ask what's the insurance NOT covering and am very rudely told that's between me and the insurance. So cool, I'll go sort that with insurance and reschedule. Then I'm very rudely told there will be a $35 broken appointment fee waiting for me when I return. At this point I'm just going elsewhere , for a second opinion and for a more friendly staff. I'm not the least bit surprised by all the other negative reviews. Sounds about right.

One of the most unprofessional dentist office. The representative charges me just to transfer my X rays to another dentist $25.00. Ridiculous! Wasted my time going there...

So I only went there once. So I went and received a treatment plan. I already feel self conscious about my teeth situation & the Dentist just made me feel a little worse. He was a little sarcastic & very short with me. That made me very uncomfortable. The treatment plan was a ridiculous amount of money so I knew that I definitely would not be returning. I later contacted them to get copies of my X-rays and they inform me that it would be $35! So I had to go back there to fill out a piece of paper & pay for the X-rays. Just to be told that it's $25 (not $35 like I was previously told) and it would take 7-10 business days. After a week & some days pass, I call to see if they are ready(considering that they didn't have to go anywhere to get them). Ok, so the first time I called, the X-ray person was not in the office. The second time I called they were in a meeting. I ended up calling back later that day & the young lady answers the phone laughing & carrying on a conversation with someone(extremely unprofessional), she informs me that they are ready for pick up. Finally made my way there to pick them up a few days later & the young lady that gave them to me was extremely rude. I told her what I was there for, she said "oh ok". She barely put them in my hand and did not say a word! No "thank you, have a good day", nothing! But besides all of that, the X-ray copies were just paper copies like they printed them from the computer! So why did I have to wait so long & why did I have to pay????

Had an appt on Friday for both myself and son. When scheduling was made, I let the scheduler know that I'm pregnant. No further questions or instructions were given. We came in on Thursday due to miscommunication with the appointments so it was also seen then that I am pregnant as well. I also filled out a prescreen on Thursday where I, again, stated that I'm pregnant. On Friday, we came in for the appt only to be stopped midway through paperwork, to tell me that my Dr needed to fill out a form to approve of dental work while pregnant so I'd have to reschedule. I end up canceling and not rescheduling and I don't plan on going back. UPDATE: Based off your "concerned" response, I definitely will not return nor recommend this place. My insurance was given weeks prior and confirmed. Train and teach your employees the correct protocols and to let people know ahead of time so customers don't waste time!

This Office deserves 5 stars forsure. I went back for my extractions and got the same lovely service as before ! I was greeted and all of the staff are professional and friendly. The dentist, I forgot his name and I wish I didnt but he is very skilled. He makes sure your comfortable before he starts, he doesn't rush, explains everything to you before and while doing the work. He speaks to his assistant with respect so they are not frustrated with you. He numbed me up so well I couldn't feel my neck, the process was quick and smooth. My mouth was only sore from the numbing process. HOWEVER that went away after a nap.He is truly gifted with his hands. After going here I feel like I been cheated my whole life going to these other dental offices!!!!!!Thanks so much !! I will update when I go in for my tooth replacement. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office.......Angelicia E.

Horrible Horrible Horrible. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT!! I was looking for a great dentist to fix a front tooth that I had chipped recently. I came across the establishment and to my pleasant surprise the doctor was black. My level of comfortablity arose, I cannot lie...Until my first weeks experience with the (female) heavy set Dental assistant. She might be the lead assistant because her level of comfortablity in the way she's rude without a care. She came in and out my room at her leisure. Mind you she wasn't assisting Dr Farrey. He had a male assistant assisting me.She lacked professionalism and tact. I didnt catch her name. My appointment was at 1 o'clock today. They called me back to a room at 1:05. The Dentist. (DR FARREY) didn't come until 1:56pm. No apology for running late. The worst etiquette that I've ever experienced from ANY "DR " . IM MORE HURT AND DISAPPOINTED by this experience. Hurt extra because it was a black establishment that I was supporting.
