T he Primary Health Network (PHN) began with one small community health center site in the Shenango Valley, in 1984, with a central focus on providing the highest quality of care to the people we serve. Since our inception in 1984, The Primary Health Network, a private, non-profit organization, has worked with local communities to develop and implement a new model of health care: the Community Health Center.
After over 38 years of service, PHN has grown to become the largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Pennsylvania and one of the largest in the nation. Currently, we staff over 150 physicians, dentists, physician assistants, certified nurse practitioners, and other health professionals. Our support staff includes over 450 employees, as well. Last year, we reached over 75,000 patients through health, educational, and enabling services.
Our country's future healthcare system will present new challenges and opportunities for growth. The Primary Health Network stands ready to meet the healthcare needs of all residents in the communities we serve, and we will continue to look to the future, as we continue to provide quality healthcare.

Staff is extremely nice. Dentist is very cool also would recommend for anyone to get a cleaning or any type of dental work done here.

All they do here is bring people in to refer them out and bill insurance. New castle is the closest for people on government insurance. Dental is non existent for low income here

I've had tooth pain since my last filling and I've contacted them 3 times about it. They finally called back today just to say. You've been scheduled then just hung up. I'm changing dental offices to something more professional. This place is nothing but a joke.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. They will reschedule your appointment a million times, then make up appointment times and claim your late. I have been going here since I have been little and never will again. Not only did they loose my business but every single person in my family as well. Dr cosgrove is an amazing dentist but his staff needs to be let go.

I work for primary health and it's crazy with the scheduling. The only openings they have are during work hours and the next one they have is nearly 3 months away. Nice people though, decent enough work. Scheduling is a nightmare it's like they are way over booked. Look elsewhere.

Been coming to this dentist for years but have never left a review before. Andrea at the front is excellent having talked to her on many occasions she's alway polite, friendly and helpful. Dr Richards is very nice and gentle I was in and out quickly. Didn't catch the other ladies name but she did great.

I see Dr. Patel, her assistant Monica & dental hygienist Becky. My experience has been that they have given a very thoughtful and dedicated approach to my challenging dental needs. They are very kind and warm, I feel very comfortable in their care. I am very pleased with the results of their hard work. Andrea and the schedulers have helped me navigate the appointments. They have always been friendly and kind. I would recommend them to anyone and I have.

I was given the contact info for this establishment by the emergency room because I was unable to get in to see my dentist for a dental emergency. The hag that answered the phone refused to listen to me and insisted I see my dentist. Thanks for nothing

I have been blessed to have a knock-out team by my side. My parents never focused on tooth health, I had my son and changed the cycle. Dr. Patel not only put me on a successful plan to save my teeth and took the time to show me how to prevent further issue! Loved it. She's also wonderful with my son and also is patient to explain things so he can understand. My son, and I, have been lucky enough to have an awesome EFDA assistant, Monica, with us the whole way to also help teach, spread compassion, and to make sure I get what needs done in an efficient manner. Thank you both so much!

Absolutely love dr Patel and Monica also Val I've been going there for years very great dentist and she has the best dental assistance I could ever ask for i definitely recommend this office over anyone else in Pennsylvania

I have a abscess under a huge cavity under my tooth they won't help they even treated me like a drug addict when I said I want a better antibiotic never asked for pain meds plus I'm a diabetic to make things worse this place is very rude and disrespectful

this place takes absolutely FOREVER!!! my mom and i got here at 4:45 and it's almost 6:10 she isn't done yet and there is only one other person here that isn't staff and it takes forever to get scheduled for an appointment and then you wait 1 and a half to 2 hours just get your teeth cleaned or a filling horrible customer service!! to me it's absurd i don't mind having a 10-15 minute wait but almost an hour, no.

They canceled my appointment 4 times in a row on me, then when I needed to reschedule they told me the next appointment was October 2022.

My 80-year-old father just barely survived cancer and needed some tooth work he made some type of deal because the Dentist knew that his sons did tree work and he ended up getting belittled and badgered by Dr. Cosgrove's mother for several months about doing some tree work for basically free and she completely humiliated him and made all kinds of things uncomfortable called his house and hung up on him when she didn't get the free job initially. I don't care how much free work you claim to have done for my dad or how much illegal work or whatever doesn't entitle you to extra benefits to get extra stuff I know that maybe you're not paid exactly what you're supposed to be paid through the state but you can't take it out of my dad's hide this is basically a scam to get more money for dental work my dad was going around begging for people in the family to go do the tree for him so he can get his tree work it was humiliating for my dad to asked me and humiliating for my dad.
