Dr. Butterfield served an LDS mission for two years in Argentina, Worked for 7 years building swimming pools during which time he earned a Bachelors in Chemistry from then UVSC (now UVU). He then attended The Ohio State University earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery. The crowning achievement in Dr. Butterfield life is having married Tonya and having four wonderful kids.
Colton grew up in Roy, Utah. Graduate of Roy High School. He is currently attending Weber State University studying MLS/Healthcare Adm. Some of his many hobbies include; building classic cars, shooting guns, and spending time with his girlfriend.
Chantelle grew up in North Ogden and graduated from Weber High School as well as Weber State University with a degree in dental hygiene. She has worked in the dental industry for 29 years and has been a practicing hygienist for 22. Farr West Family Dental is her home away from home where she has been employed since 2007.

Although I provide services that improve my patients ' dental health, I enjoy teaching, coaching, and providing them with the knowledge and tools to become healthier overall.I find great satisfaction in the clinical aspect of dentistry, but the best part of my job is the interaction with people. I treasure the relationships that I have developed over the years with my patients and coworkers. They are like family.'
Chantelle has four boys, including her husband, who she loves spending time with. She enjoys hiking, traveling, watching her boys participate in sports, church activities, and walking daily with her sweetheart.
PeggyDental HygienistPeggy grew up in Cedar City, Utah. She graduated from the dental hygiene program at Weber State University in 1992. She has been working in the dental field for over 28 years and has worked at Farr West family Dental since 2011. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist she worked as an orthodontic assistant and a dental hygienist assistant. She has also worked as an adjunct clinical instructor at the WSU Dental hygiene Clinic.The things she enjoys the most about her job is the lifelong relationships she has created with co-workers and patients and helping her patients improve their oral health. She also enjoys attending continuing education courses where she learns about new products and treatments available in the dental hygiene field. As my patient, you can expect a comprehensive periodontal evaluation and a thorough cleaning. I will educate you on how you can have the best oral health possible. It is important to me to build a relationship of trust and communication as we take a teamwork approach to providing you with a healthy, beautiful smile.Peggy lives in North Ogden with her husband and two children. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors doing things such as hiking and cycling with friends and family.

Jennifer was born and raised in North Ogden, Utah. She attended Weber state university for her prerequisite courses and later graduated from Apollo college in Boise, Idaho in 2005. She enjoys constantly learning whats new in dental hygiene and prevention and prides herself in being gentle but thorough.She enjoys spending time with her husband and 4 children. In her spare time she likes to stay active by running, hiking, and biking.

What an amazing experience! I was welcomed into the door by the staff & doctor. The staff at the end of the visit knows all kinds of details about your background as they ask concerning & genuine questions. Best customer service & warm welcoming people I have encountered for a very long time.

They are ok. Front room staff is always friendly. Other staff is nice, but don't always listen. Dr. Butterfield is very nice, but he too seems dismissive of issues and concerns. I feel rushed through like an assembly line.

I've been a client at Farr West Dental for a few years now and enjoy the services they provide. Their hygienists are competent, friendly, and communicative. Dr. Butterfield is personable and clear in descriptions of dental exams.

My husband is active duty Army and we are currently stationed in Texas. We fly to Utah to continue to see Dr. Butterfield and his staff. They have always been efficient and professional and so friendly! They go above and beyond for all their patients. We have had dentists all over the country with our moves and Farr West Family Dental is by far the best!

Dr. Butterfield and his office staff provide a positive experience for everyone. Chantelle Hogge is an excellent dental hygienist. She is professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and cleans my teeth until they feel as smooth as glass. She is very friendly and makes me feel comfortable during the entire visit. When she's finished, I walk out of the office knowing my teeth are exceptionally clean and well taken care of in the best possible manner.

This dental office is like none other I've been in. I can plan on them being on time and using the utmost care for my teeth. Dr. Butterfield has incredible expertise and really shows a compassionate side. Other dentists just don't compare to Dr. Brad.
