Upon returning to the United States, Dr. Farnsworth attended Arizona State University where he studied philosophy, Spanish and biological sciences. He graduated Summa Cum Laude and was accepted to dental school at the prestigious Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. In dental school, he received many awards, including the Pierre Fauchard Academy Award for Academic Achievements in Dentistry and Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Society membership. He graduated from dental school with the highest distinction and was accepted to continue at Baylor for his orthodontic residency where he performed cutting-edge research, received his M.S. in Oral Biology and his orthodontic certificate. His research has been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dento-Facial Orthopedics.
Dr. Farnsworth enjoys the art and science of creating beautiful smiles. He stays current with the latest research and technology in orthodontics and is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists.

Dr. Justin Sorensen was raised in south eastern Arizona. Following high school, he served for two years as a missionary in West Virginia. After returning home, he worked as an electrician while pursuing his interests in art and architecture at Eastern Arizona College. He became fascinated with the art and science of orthodontics while receiving orthodontic treatment for the first time at age twenty-four.
He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a bachelors degree in applied biology. Dr. Sorensen received his dental training at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. In dental school, he received many awards and scholarships for his academic performance, service contributions, and outstanding patient management. He graduated from dental school at the top of his class and was inducted into the national dental honor society. He was then accepted to Saint Louis University, where he completed his specialty training. SLU is known as one of the finest orthodontic residency programs in the nation.
Dr. Sorensen cares deeply for his patients and their families. He enjoys getting to know each and every patient, and creating personal, lasting relationships. He seeks to be an empathetic and active listener and is a firm believer in treating his patients and team like family. He is passionate about creating beautiful smiles; you will notice that he has an incredible eye for detail and a natural artistic ability to take your smile to the next level. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists and remains a learner of orthodontics and personal improvement.
Outside of the office, Dr. Sorensen loves spending time with his wife, Aubry, and two children. His son, Stockton, was diagnosed with non-verbal autism at a young age, which has made him more aware and sensitive to the needs and struggles of others. He enjoys the outdoors, sports, good bbq, music, and a nice pair of socks.

My first time there and they have AMAZING AND SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF!! I came in and they took very good care of me right away!! Super quick appointment and very good work! I just have to say.....the receptionist is the sweetest most understanding person. Circumstances have made me the biggest pain in the A rescheduler and she is so understanding and helpful. Someone deserves a raise! This place is THE BEST!!!!!

As soon as I arrived to my appointment, each employee greeted me kindly! I realized later I was 30 minutes late to my appointment as I had written it down wrong, but they did not get upset or anything and got me back right away without a wait! I needed adjustment of my retainers and Dr. Sorensen was kind and took his time to ensure that they were fixed and comfortable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Farnsworth and how well I was treated! I will continue to use and recommend Farnsworth to anyone needing orthodontic care!

I normally don't go to this office because I got my orthodontic work done in the DFW area through a different doctor. I'm in college right now and needed to get a repair done and they got me in the same day I called! The staff was very friendly and made sure I left the office feeling good as new. Really appreciate this place!!

Incredible place with incredible people! neat and clean waiting area, (not that I had to wait, they fit me in right away even though I arrived early). The person fixing my permanent retainer was so professional and made sure everything felt comfortable after the fix. They even offered ice cream!! If you like supporting small, local businesses, these are the folks to go to.

Farnsworth family orthodontics is the best orthodontics office I've been to! The office itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable and all the staff I interacted with were so nice and made me feel so welcomed. My experience getting new retainers made was so fast and smooth! I had recently tried to get a retainer through my dentist and it never fit quite right (after taking molds twice and making major modifications), so I knew I needed to find an orthodontist. I'm so glad someone referred me to Farnsworth because they are skilled and experienced. They quickly took molds of my teeth and my retainers were ready the very next day! They fit much better the first time I tried them on than the ones my dentist had tried to make for me and I could tell they were more quality. They even offered me ice cream on the way out :) Thank you Farnsworth family orthodontics!!

Always a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly sweet and accommodating. Minimal wait times every single time regardless of the time of day. Dr. Sorensen is fantastic; He displays great attention to detail, explains and answers any questions I may have wonderfully and is an overall joy to be around and conversate with. Super happy with my treatment so far and would highly recommend this facility!

I had an appointment at 3 and got there a little early and they took me in as soon as I got there. Greeted me with smiling faces. They fixed me up and got me out of there in 10 minutes. Great practice.

We loved Dr. Keeling and started with my daughter when the office was his. When it was time for my son to start orthodontic work, we looked at Dr. Farnsworth and the other prominent doctors in town. We came back, and could not be more pleased that we did! One is always unsure when a new person takes over, but Dr. Farnsworth kept the best (the staff) and improved the rest. The office is both personable and attentive whist being cutting edge modern and innovative. They cover all the bases and you are always a patient and never a number (a feeling we had elsewhere). I can't even think of one thing I would suggest as an improvement. They are an example of what one should expect from a healthcare provider. Their work and charity are examples of excellence and you would be hard pressed to find better anywhere. That we have them in Lubbock is a blessing to us all. To say the very least, I can't recommend them more highly.

Awesome experience! I showed up a little early for my appointment, was in and out in 10 minutes. I usually go to another orthodontist out of town, but when I had an issue with my retainer they were able to help and got me in the same day. They were super nice and made sure that nothing they did hurt.

My permanent retainer broke. I was away at college and couldn't go home to get it fixed. I called and got in the same day. In and out in less than ten minutes. Super fast and super nice staff. Definitely recommend!
