Donna started her first orthodontic practice in South Charleston, WV, happy to return to her home state to work and raise her family. In just a few years, however, she outgrew the office she acquired from her very own childhood orthodontist, and set about building a new state-of-the-art facility nearby. The growth continued, and Panucci Orthodontics established a satellite office in Gallipolis, Ohio. Farming Smiles is Donnas latest adventure, where shell combine all her lovesorthodontics, nature, and nurturing her patients overall health and wellness.

Dr. Panucci has another empowering passion that she loves to share with her patients and the community. She is a certified Eden Energy Medicine practitioner, offering wellness workshops and retreats to assist others on their journey to optimal health. Donna passionately teaches the many ways to balance the energies of the body which in turn promotes physical, mental and emotional well-being. She founded a Non-profit organization, The Blue Ray Chapel of Hope, dedicated to empowering adults and children through expanded awareness and knowledge of the mind, body, spirt connection. In addition, Donna supports health care today by serving on the Board of Trustees for Thomas Memorial Hospital and Thomas Hospital System in South Charleston, WV.

When shes not at work creating smiles and healthy patients, Donna loves spending time outdoors with her daughter, Tannah, and sons, Banyon and Jameson. The entire family enjoys hiking, farming, and relaxing together around a nighttime campfire. The Panucci farm is also home to many animals, including six dogsMaggie, Yogi, Sonny, Koda, Snowy, and Brennan. Its a full house, for sure, but one with lots of love.

I can not...CAN NOT say enough GREAT things about Farming Smiles, the awesome staff & Dr Panucci!!!! Oh and I don't want to forget sweet Brennan, the cutest therapy dog ever. He helps calm those that would have fears of being in a dental office, and he is super friendly. My two girls were one of the first patients that started at this local Orthodontist office and I couldn't be more proud of the results we have seen in both of my girl's smiles. This brand new facility it beautifully laid out and designed to catch your eye with every patient room. I have never had to wait to be called back for any appointments. The staff is always very accommodating when a need arises for an unexpected visit. My daughter, McKenna, has been missing both of her top lateral incisors since birth..they never formed in her gums. A local dentist recommended implants but not until she was 19. While under Dr Panucci's care she has made a semi-permanent retainer appliance with those two teeth attached to it so that while under her care she allows for the space to remain for the future implants ...BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY so that McKenna can go about everyday experiences with her school friends without the worry of someone bullying her for permanently missing teeth. This has been the most amazing transformation in McKenna, for her appearance of course, but also for her confidence, her beautiful smile and her outgoing personality. I was in tears the day they placed that appliance because all of my "Mom worries" went out the window that day. I will sing of their praises forever. Thank you Donna for having a vision and acting on that vision. Your office is a great asset to Monroe County and we are happy you opened your office here!!

What a wonderful experience I had with my child receiving early orthodontic intervention! I swear, Dr. Panucci has over two decades of experience, and it really shows. She's super patient, goes over everything at least twice, answers even the most redundant questions earnestly and as many times as you ask them, and puts as much time as any human being can into every single patient that walks through her doors. This office features a super sweet dog that came immediately to comfort my child when he/she expressed discomfort and stress. I love this dog! So well behaved, and the staff is up front with you when you sign up so that if you have any allergies (including any pets!) they make sure to adhere to them. The way this office handles finances is really professional! Insurance pretty much never covers early intervention, so their clear and up front handling of patient finances is a life saver. I know my name might make it seem like this is fake or that I'm a staff member, but I just don't release my actual info publicly, and I'm not a member of staff (think about it, why would staff wait over a day to refute any negative feedback..?). But! I'm not here to prove my identity - you'll either check it out for yourself or you'll miss out! Really, if you check out this office, you'll see exactly what I'm talking about - the place is clean (and beautiful!), the presence of children is understandable and never inappropriate, the views are amazing, and this staff really cares. I wouldn't put my child in anyone else's hands, I couldn't be more impressed with my child's results, and I can't recommend this office and this staff enough. You will not be disappointed!

The first couple of visits to the office were fine , but when the day came for my daughter to get her braces on it was a total nightmare. They called me to come to her appointment early but it was pointless we waited til almost time for original appointment . Then one of the nice assistants asked if we needed anything. I asked her in a calm tone to please put in my daughter's chart never to call us to come in early again because there were other things we could have been doing. So she informs the owner/ orthodontist about my comment . And a few moments later a very rude hateful lady took us ( me and my 11yr.old) into her office were she was flat out hateful, rude, disrespectful, and discriminating against me and my daughter because of what I said and the of the type of insurance we have. Dr. Pannuci said" your daughter is a charity case and she is costing me $2,000 for her treatment." Also the office smells like raw sewage and one of the employees had there six year old daughter helping her clean and sterilize all the equipment.I don't think that is a good way to stop the spread of germs. And on previous visits there is a dog that runs loose in the facility and has access to all patient rooms and comes and goes as he pleases. My daughter is allergic to dogs. And it's so disgusting for an animal to roam free in an office were you are getting work done in your mouth . I don't know about you but I don't like dog hair in my mouth.
