I visited Farber Center for a periodontal consultation a couple months ago and had a great experience; Dr. Kapoor was lovely. Long story short, I ended up having the procedure done elsewhere and was not 100% satisfied with the results so I called Farber Center to get copies of my before photos. When I explained what had happened, the woman at the front desk kindly offered to schedule an appointment to have Dr. Farber take a look at the outcome of the procedure and to give a second opinion. Fast forward to that appointment, as I am sitting in the chair, the staff seemed confused about why I was there and Dr. Farber sternly told me multiple times that he would NOT evaluate a procedure that was performed elsewhere. There was clearly a lack of communication amongst the Farber Center staff, and it put me in a very uncomfortable position. I was treated as if I had done something wrong. Needless to say, I will not be going back to Farber Center. It was an awful experience and not a good way to kick off the week.

If I could give 10 stars I would .. Dr Farber and his crew are nothing but the best. I was recommended to them by another dentist and I'm so glad I went here. I just had 6 teeth pulled and laser gum therapy and I highly recommend them . They explain everything to you and no pressure . Call you to follow up the next day . I can tell they just care about each patient ... Thank u again for all you do ..Darryl
