I used to go here and stopped long ago due to the unethical practices at this dentist office. The secretary always tried to charge me fees for "cancelled/late appointments" that were not mine! She kept confusing mine with other patients that had the same last name as mine and after proving that she wouldn't apologize, took the fee off and claimed to "must have mixed mine up with my brother." I don't have a brother! Nor would that matter since many people have similar names. I also heard the dentist loudly arguing with his staff who were saying how terrible he was treating them on my last ever appointment there and never came back. Unfortunately, I was only going there at the time because it was covered through my insurance but it was so terrible except the one amazing dental hygienist, Jodie. I only waited to do this review until now due to my other family members having to still go there due to their contract. My family and I only loved the one dental hygienist we would request for cleanings, Jodie was amazing. But even she left at a later point. This office is full of crooks and they try to unnecessarily charge people left and right for everything. My family finally was able to stop going here and they have said the same things that the dentist and staff are terrible and trying to gouge money. I do not recommend this place.

Unprofessional Doctor! rude to his employees and argues with his side chick in front of patient's. Do yourself the favor and don't go to this clinic!

Either wrong diagnosis or treatment done on one of my teeth which caused me extra money and time on another dentist, and end up being have to pull it out. What a joke, lol. I wish I've at least googled and looked at some reviews and made a decision to not visit this one.

Practices ortho but according to another ortho and an endodontist, he shouldn't be offering those services. Bracket was placed weirdly, which was obstructing the rotating that my canine needs. Like another reviewer, crown treatment on my mother wasn't done well and had to be redone by someone else. The female dentist, not sure her name or if she even works there, was kind and we didn't have any issues with her. I would recommend getting your ortho or any specialty stuff done elsewhere.

Unpleasant experience. When I decided to not go back to them I got billed twice the cost because I questioned it. I saw them in January and received my first bill in September. Go elsewhere

Glen Allen location. Client for the past 10 years. Recent visit was 10/23-2019. Excellent dental hygienist. Macy was very thorough with my teeth cleaning. One of the best cleanings I have had. She also makes you feel welcome and answers all questions explicitly. Extremely professional and sincere. Thank you. My previous dental hygienist at the same office was excellent as well. She too was very professional and sincere.

The employees were calling me after hours from their personal cell phones and advising me to hurry up and get my dental work done. One of them told me I needed to hurry up and get it done because I had good insurance. I then changed dental practices and I needed my x-rays faxed and they refused to send them. I called from 8 a.m to NOW trying to get my information faxed to no avail... it is now 2:17 p.m and I'm still waiting on my x-rays... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I would not recommend their services to ANYONE... and I only visited this office once in 2018 but they tried to make me believe that I was a client since 2015.

Had a wonderful experience today at the Mechanicsville location. Had a change in insurance and the staff were so patient as they had to call and get all the information for my 3 children (which took some time). The dentist was kind and had a great personality. Can't say enough about the terrific staff and this practice.

Excellent customer service. They are very thorough in explaining the services, procedures, and what needs to be done. I've only been to the Mechanicsville location and only twice but each experience has been great! I can't say enough on how exceptional the customer service is. Dr. Soltanian knows his stuff! Highly recommended by me.
