Dr Fanz is a life long resident of the Dayton, Ohio area. She attended The Ohio State University for her undergraduate degree and Dental School graduating in 1981. She has practiced in the Dayton area since graduating and opening her own practice at our present location in 1996. Dr Fanz is a dentist with a wide range of experience in all phases of general dentistry, and treats all the members of your family from 3 years old to seniors. She is committed to quality and patient comfort in treating your dental needs. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our friendly and welcoming office.
Our staff also includes four hygienists, one full time and three part-time. They are experienced, gentle and caring. They enjoy treating all the members of your family and are especially good with your little ones. Nothing is more rewarding to them than seeing you leave with a smile with all your dental needs met.
We have three highly skilled dental assistants. Two are Expanded Function Dental Assistants. As a group they are committed to providing for your family's dental care in a caring environment. They have spent many years in the dental field and provide excellent technical expertise as well as the skills to comfort the apprehensive patient.
Dr Fanz's office is also the home of Fanz Dental Lab. Our lab technician has many years of experience in fabricating full and partial dentures. He can also make same day repairs on your existing removable dental prosthesis. Since our lab is on site, he is available to help expedite the fitting and adjusting of your new teeth.

This is the most disrespectful dentist I have ever have the displeasure of going too. She bullied a 16 year old neglect teenager to TEARS. Because I tried to get information about how to fix the damage.

Dr. Beverly Fanz's staff has always been very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for Dr. Fanz, and can no longer recommend this office. Dr. Fanz has missed multiple cavities over the years that have led to abscesses. Dr Fanz barely spends a minute in the room. And worst of it all, she had NO CLUE why I was in pain recently and referred me out. Instead, I got a second opinion. I returned to her office with a panoramic xray showing 2 abscesses and 2 cavities. I made an appointment for her to do the cavities (since the practice no longer does root canals). After seeing the other doctor's x-ray, she said you're no longer my patient, and stormed out of the room. Seriously? Well there you go. Apparently, the other dentist bruised her ego by highlighting Dr. Fanz's oversights. I'll miss the staff (Thanks for all your help), but not Dr. Fanz.

I had a horribly absesseed tooth I had been on antibiotics. Her office knew I wanted the tooth pulled. They have me come the 40 minutes to Englewood aggravate the tooth further by doing x-rays to tell me they could start on fillings within a day but wouldn't be able to schedule me for an extraction for 6 weeks. Ridiculous.

Worst unorganized dentist office I ever seen, they will bill you duplicates the right wing don't know the left wing, hard to schedule appointment and work is not done by the dentist done by a assistant, uses outside dentist for areas other than just cleanings, this office is only open 4 days a week they don't try to accommodate the patient. Do not recommend this business.

I had made my appointment for 7:45 Monday October 26th back in June.. I got a call today, days before my appointment saying they have to reschedule because of their hygienist won't be in that day.. but they can't reschedule until MAY!! That is complete bs.. they canceled my appointment because of THEIR scheduling issue, and can't get me in until May!! I wouldn't even bothering trying to schedule with these people because they will cancel it. My moms appointment was canceled earlier this week, and as I see from the reviews we are not the only people experiencing this. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. With People who know how to schedule and manage appointments.

I wouldn't leave a single star if I could. I have had multiple different areas of work done here. One being a root canal and some being fillings. Absolute hands down the WORST services and work I've ever had. To this day (2 years later) I still have feeling and pain in my root canal and my gum swells from time to time... fillings have chipped off and wore out after only maybe 1 year. I HIGHLY DONT recommend. Staff is also snooty and rude, not welcoming. May be an easy place to get into but I wouldn't recommend!
