I received my DMD degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine. I am a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, and Collier County Dental Association. I am a past President of Collier County Dental Association. GAC and LCD representative for Florida Dental Association.
I maintain a high level of dental excellence through extensive continuing education and training in General Dentistry as well as Invisalign and Implant Dentistry. I am a big support of Community Service. Humanitarian programs that I enjoy working for are: Christina's Smile, Give kids a smile, Special Olympics Dentistry and Fl-Mission of Mercy, organized by the FDA to provide dental work for thousands of patients in the community.

With our modern interiors and state-of- the-art dental design, we strive to provide the latest and newest technologies in dentistry.
A true local, I was born and raised right here in Naples, Florida. I graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on human nutrition. I then moved to Richmond, VA, where I received my DDS degree from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry. Looking to further my clinical experience, I then completed a hospital-based General Practice Residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
During dental school I participated in numerous Mission of Mercy (MOM) projects, providing dental care to the underserved population throughout Virginia. I look forward to continue serving individuals in need in the sunshine state.
I am a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast Dental Association, and an active member of the Collier County Dental Association. I am the Treasurer (2021- 2022) for CCDA.
While away for dental school and residency, I realized how much I missed the sunshine state and gulf coast beaches. I am excited to be back in my hometown serving my community, and am privileged to be working alongside Dr. Phan.

Dr. Miguel Jusino is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. He has lived and worked in Oklahoma, Texas, and Georgia. His passion for dentistry started at a young age, with both parents being dentists, he has been exposed to the dental field his whole life. This motivated him to pursue a future in dentistry. Hegraduated from the University Of Puerto Rico School Of Dental Medicine in 2008.
After completing dental school he served in the US Army for 10 years. During that time he completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program inFort Sill, Oklahoma. He was then assigned as the Brigade Dentist for the 1st Cavalry Division at Fort Hood, Texas, where he treated soldiers deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. In 2015 he completed his certification in Periodontics from the US Army Advanced Education Program in Periodontics in Fort Gordon, Georgia. He also earned a Masters Degree in Oral Biology from Georgia Regents University. Dr. Jusino most recently served as Chief of Periodontics, and as Assistant Professor of Periodontics for a two-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Fort Hood, Texas. There he taught residents a conventional and modern approach to treatment in periodontics while addressing the periodontal and implant needs of soldiers.
Dr. Jusino is board certified in Periodontology, and Dental Implant Surgery. He is certified in IV sedation, and Laser-Assisted New Attachment Procedure - LANAP. He has been published in peer-reviewed journals, such as Clinical Advances on Periodontics. He is a member of the American Board of Periodontology, American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Southern Academy of Periodontology, Florida Association of Periodontists, and the Collier County Dental Association.
Dr. Jusino honorably separated as a Major from Active Duty, and joined the Army Reserves in the summer of 2018. He then moved to Naples, where his wife Jennifer was born and raised, to fulfill their dreams of having their daughters, Ariana and Zo, grow up at the beach, surrounded by family and friends.

I cannot say enough good things about this entire office. Everyone that works here is SO nice, welcoming, and non-judgmental. That is exactly what I was looking for. The dentist and surgeon are amazing! It was really nice not having to be referred out for a specific procedure because they have a surgeon in office. I highly recommend switching your dental needs to Fantastic Dental Arts!

Best Dental experience I have had in years. They have a system to move you through your dental work so you are not waiting, they listen to the patient as I happen to feel everything with novacaine, and they are a very friendly group that makes the overall experience a positive event. Hi Everyone! I would like to share the wonderful experience I had today at "Fantastic Dental Arts". I had my dental hygiene appointment today, (I know most people would dread this day), however, every time I go to "Fantastic Dental Arts" I have a great experience. From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted with hellos and smiles. My family, friends and I have been going there since they opened. You will not find a kinder staff anywhere else! I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great and gentle Dental care. I am already looking forward to my next appointment!!

Incredibly friendly staff! What a breeze of fresh air! And I'm talking genuinely friendly I went for a checkup and cleaning. The doctor took time and care to make sure everything is looked at. And I loved the gentle hands of the hygienist, so important with my sensitive teeth. Extremely happy and definitely will be back. Thank you so much for your great care! PS. Great experience at Fantastic Dental Arts! Dr. D did an in-depth oral exam. She is professional, knowledgeable, caring, and a great communicator. Kara did a superb job cleaning my teeth. She took her time and was gentle yet thorough. The front desk girls are welcoming, pleasant, and competent. Overall an outstanding establishment!

Horrible office management Jennifer is the biggest issue there disrespectful,rude ignorant and condescending. If you even question your billing she tells you to go somewhere else then she calls the police on you unacceptable Absolutely disgraceful. Consistently over billed and never informed of or return of money due to patients. When asked why she didn't send a check from the over billing she said they never do. So any patients out there better check your bills because that sounds like fraud to me. Dr Phan you respond to a Google review but don't contact your patients my wife and I in regards to situations with your employees, you have an ethical responsibility to your patients don't you? We are still awaiting your call.

Fantastic Dental Arts has been a great experience every time I come. The front office staff knows you by name and greets you with a friendly smile. The hygienist is wonderful and does a really thorough job and takes her time to make sure your teeth look and feel really clean, which has been hard to find since moving to Naples. Dr. Diaczynsky is awesome! She takes her time to look at everything and goes the extra mile to get what you need for your oral health.

I adore this office and all the folks that work here! Especially Jennifer at the front desk who is a fellow midwesterner! Since we moved to Naples 5 years ago they have been super friendly and accommodating. The dentists are highly professional and the hygienist staff are wonderful! if you are a nervous nelly - they will put you at ease. Even my cavity producing teenage son loves the entire team and says they are so gentle! I highly recommend this office and their team of professionals!

I just moved here from Tennessee. I had the same dentist for 35 years. Loved him and his staff. I was not sure I would find a dental office that met my expectations. I heard positive comments about Fantastic Dental. All I can say is they Own the name Fantastic. Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor was so welcoming. The exam and cleaning I received was thorough and very comfortable. I found my new dental office and while I was there I found my new esthetician. I highly recommended Fantastic Dental

What a dental architect Dr Phan is! She fixed my smile after all these years of having different dentists. Dr Phan has redone my fillings, inserted crowns and has outdone herself with a veneer finish! She cares for what's best for the patient and this is what I value most. Her assistant Terry has been quite efficient and completes the Phan-tastic service you will receive at this medical facility. Just ask for the 'architect'!

Fantastic Dental is an amazing place, their staff and group of doctors is exceptional and very smart. They take very good care of their patients. I have not been to the dentist for years and I already can't wait to come back for my next cleaning! Very professional and know what they are doing, they are gentle and make you feel comfortable. For me who doesn't have dental insurance I thought the prices were super reasonable and any suggestion they gave me was not to make a sale and I was given an estimate of cost and was not pressured into doing anything until I was ready. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone feeling nervous about seeing a dentist or spending tons of money. For my most recent visit with them I had an emergency where one of my front teeth chipped to pieces and I had an interview that same day! Called my dentist and explained my situation and although they were booked they squeezed me in and literally saved my life! No exaggeration, they are amazing and even if I don't get the job at least I have a beautiful smile to present to a possible employer thank to Fantastic Dental Arts!
