I grew up coming to this dentist. And honestly is ridiculous. This place is very unprofessional and very like horrific. Don't waste your time coming here. Seriously. Waiting for an authorization, and they have yet to get back to me, I called numerous of time and it seems like the receptionist don't bother to pick up the call. Mind you, The woman barely knows Spanish or English herself. Doesn't know what the hell to do. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Never coming here. Love the MA, other than that good night.

Horrible dentist office, I came in for an emergency molar extraction and they made me wait 40 minutes to be attended then when I finally get looked at, I'm told I have an infection and need surgery didn't give me anything for the pain and didn't even touch the molar he claimed he had sent a prescription for the pain but I called him 4 times only to be told yes I sent it but the pharmacy kept saying otherwise, I went to an actual dentist office and it was a molar extraction no surgery needed no infection this man just didn't know what he was doing or wasn't in the mood to work either way terrible service everything about this place is amateur at best even the x-rays looked terrible didn't highlight any problem I had I would not recommend this place at all.

I called @ 9:30 am for an emergency appt. The receptionist took all my information and said she'd call back when she got approval. Never did. I call @ 10:30 and she's like "Yeah, well I told you to come in." I get there and both receptionists haven't a clue how to get approval/coverage from my insurance. 40 min. later as she can visually note I am not happy, offers to start with taking an x-ray. She has me sit in a chair where there was and obvious indentation in the removable protective covering from someone sitting there before. Ie: the treatment room had not been reset. I've worked back-office in a dental office. I know what should be done. Then the Dr. comes in and wants to start right away. All I ask him is to confirm that the coverage has been verified as I do not want to get an unexpected bill later. He gives me the run of all he's worried about is taking care of my pain. Well I explain that I am worried about the uncertainties that his office staff couldn't process the verification.
