Dr. Andrew Lim attended the University of California at Los Angeles where he received his bachelors degree in Kinesiology. He then attended the UCLA School of Dentistry and received his DDS degree in 1995. After graduation, Dr. Lim provided care in a variety of different practices and has owned practices in Arcadia, California and Fontana, California. He is an avid learner and attends a variety of lectures and classes to stay up to date on the latest advances in techniques and materials.
'It is of utmost importance to me that my patients have a complete and thorough understanding of the condition of their teeth, and that they are comfortable with any treatment that is to be performed. I like to try to spend as much time as necessary to ensure that we are in agreement as to the goals that my patients with to reach. I feel that this level of understanding leads to a smooth progression through any care that they may receive.'
In his spare time, Dr. Lim tries to spend as much time as possible with his wife and two children, whether it be going to music recitals or gymnastics or club sports. Dr. Lim is also very active in his church and especially enjoys working with young people. If there is any time left, he enjoys cycling and woodworking.
I was born in the Philippines, youngest sibling of seven. I have four brothers and two sisters. I have two twin boys who are 19 years old. I graduated April of 1986 at the University of the East, Manila, Philippines with Degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine. Passed the Philippine Dental Board Exam October 1986. Became a Dental Board License in California in October 1989. Member of the Harbor Dental Society, CDA, ADA for 25 years. Practicing Dentistry for 27 years up to the present.
Dr. Surat Attaphitaya received both his bachelor's of Science and Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Southern II University in 1995. Upon graduating from dental school, Dr. A received the distinguished National Institute of Health Dentist Scientist Scholarship award. With this scholarship, he furthered his studies by attending the University of Rochester and Eastman Dental Center in New York - earning both a Master's in Anatomy and specialty certificate in orthodontics and Dentofacial orthopedics in 2001. Dr. A also served on faculty as a clinical instructor of the Eastern Dental Center department of Orthodontics for 3 years and has been in private practice of orthodontics ever since.
Dr. A is dedicated to creating healthy and attractive smiles for his patients, using only the latest technology available. He earns his patient's trust, build on old fashioned commitment to practice with honesty, integrity and consistency and based on delivering superior smiles. It all starts with just a smile, and he strives to make smiles from the inside out.

I love this orthodontist it took me years to want to get braces the dentist office staff here are very knowledgeable and very helpful in answering your questions they're very flexible and work with you very well, The orthodontist is very knowledgeable and great as well as every staff in there in general is a awesome! Wish many doctor offices etc where this helpful and patient!

Best Dentist I've ever been to since I had to leave my child dentist yrs ago. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful there's very little wait time to see the doctor. The place is clean they follow procedure and protocol. I've had cavities filled deep cleaning done and regular cleaning performed here and I've had no problems what so ever. I highly recommend this place. it is a small Dentist office but they remember who you are when you walk in and the one on one care and attention they give each patient is what you would n should expect from any doctors office. If you're looking for a new doctor this is a place to go.

The least2 places i like going to are the d's and the dentist. It was my own fault that I had to go to the dentist office. The dentist and the x ray tech were both very professional and explained why I needed to have the dental work today. It was painless under the circumstances which again was my fault. No more chewy candy

Extremely happy with the service I've receivrd at this location. The staff r super super nice & location very clean. Dr. Afshar is so Calm and very Professional, and he explain very well. Dr. Afshar is a great dentist, he's hand r magic, I didnt feel no pain at all. Thank uuuuuu to everyone.

Mr. Liu, Rosa, Dennis, and the rest of the staff are amazing. Mr. Liu has gentle hands and explains in detail every step before and while working on you. It's nice to know what's going on-on top of having great service. The team is easy going, very helpful, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Thanks!

I got my wisdom teeth taken out here by Dr Cedeno and it was an amazing experience. I went into my appointment with my friends horror stories in mind of their experiences getting their wisdom teeth out and having a swollen face and pain for a week but I had the exact opposite experience. The procedure was quick and pain free, my face didn't swell after and my pain was manageable by Advil I didn't even end up taking the prescribed pain medication. The assistant Julio saw that I was nervous for the procedure and made me feel very comfortable and anxiety free. This experience went way better than I expected, I was eating normal food and back at work within two days. I would highly recommend this office.

I had a great experience at this dental office. Doctors are very professional and very comforting. Everyone here is so nice and very helpful. And I love that theres little to no wait time, since I am very impatient. Since I may need an implant, this is the office I would definitely get it done. I highly recommend to everyone.
