This is my 2nd visit with Dr. Reddy and he does not disappoint. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and he takes time to answer any questions I have. I really enjoy this office and made this office my official new dentist.

Always something with this office. I waited almost 40 minutes 2 times ago, an hour last time because they were in a meeting during work hours and this time they canceled as I walked in because internet was down. They could at least hot spot their service and call their customers. Guess I'm looking for a new office.

They've always been quick about getting us in and out. Not being thorough. My daughter fell and broke her tooth and it is still attached to the remaining tooth. They did an xray and said it didn't hit nerve or break the root so basically nothing could be done. Come back in 10 days and we'll look again? I was given some advice from someone with Dental experience and they said there is a few options they could have done, so I called back the next day just to ask because she was in horrible pain. The nurse literally told me they want to wait 10 days until it stops hurting my daughter because the dr "doesn't have patience to deal with her" her exact words. What pediatric dentist doesn't have the patience to deal with a toddler? And the nurse seriously told me that. I immediately went to a different dentist. Who told me the break was right against the nerve, so there was no way it was going to stop hurting on it's own and it needs medical attention
