Can your children actually say they love going to the dentist? Mines can they take the whole scary feeling away as soon as you walk thru the doors. Great service friendly staff. The best dentist in Lubbock.

The doctor was good it's one of the lady's that was helping with my child's procedure she was rude and unprofessional while pushing my child out from the back she shouldn't work there if she doesn't like her job as she said.

Very courteous knowledgeable helpful, made me very comfortable. If dentist makes you oh so nervous , this is the place you should try, they were awesome at putting me at ease today. I'm so grateful.

Love Dr. Carmichael and his staff. They took excellent care of me, from the time I registered and was discharged. Dr. Carmichael answered my questions and concerns. Great customer service!

Wonderful care, and staff!! Was able to get an appointment in less than one week. The actual Dentist did my cleaning/descaling. I could not be more impressed with my experience.

I cannot express the joy I have today after my children's appointments!! Dr. P and London were the absolute kindest people to my kids! Everyone here was so sweet! After having a bad experience last week at a different dentist, I was so relieved and overjoyed at the whole experience here at family smiles! Not only was the staff kind but the office itself was clean and sanitary. The work that they did was very professional and i was impressed by their timeliness. The environment here was so family oriented! They gave coins to the kids to get prizes out of the toy machine and then gave them all a crown when they left and announced their leaving, called them royals and the whole staffed clapped as they walked out! We all left with huge smiles on our faces! My heart is so happy after going here! Thank you to all who made this a memorable experience! I highly recommend this dentist and I will be telling all my friends and family!!

My daughter had fillings and we were really nervous as parents and she was nervous from it being her first time ever. The staff remembered who she was when we walked in, the assistants were so sweet and nice. Even the doctor was amazing. And they all explained exactly what was going to happen. Definitely love that I switched my girls to this dentist office!!!!

My grandson was very nervous about the procedure but the doctor came in and explained everything to us. The nurses were very friendly and helpful. Great experience!!

Well kept and clean dentist office, family friendly. The staff is nice and accommodating. The dentist was very nice and calming. I normally cringe at going to the dentist, but this was a good experience.
