Very kind people and well run office. Equipment such as the dentist chairs seem outdated and are in need off new cushions for sure. Had a filling done and deep cleaning. Filling went well but the deep cleaning seemed rushed for doing all four quads. That being said it made my teeth extremely sore the next day as the Doc was very aggressive in doing the procedure. I had done before and it took some time to do all four quads and didn't have very sore teeth and gums as I did this time. Mabey my fault for electing to have all done at same time. The Dr was pleasant and professional. I hope this review helps to enhance the customer experience and enlighten the staff on what I noticed and what needs to be addressed. Thank you all for the good time....well except the shots..lol

Friendly, helpful receptionists, knowledgeable xray technician and professional experienced physician. The only drawback was the time awaiting the physician - from appointment time to seeing physician was 1 hr 45 min... unsatisfactory. Hope it was a one-time event but otherwise would have given a 5-star review.

My daughter was seen there today. They treated her gently and with care. She is Autistic and is afraid of new situations. They helped her feel at ease and comfortable.

Most thorough and compassionate care from all the staff and doctors! They let me wait in the lobby after emergency cracked tooth extraction until I felt sensible enough to drive home after "laughing gas!"

I have been waiting for almost a week to hear if the dentist can use the X-rays I had sent over. Had to cancel my appointment on the 22nd since I never heard. Still waiting on the office to respond/ call me back UPDATE: Upon seeing this post, I was called and got an appointment. Unfortunately, after confirming it by text, they rescheduled it without talking to me( due to "staffing shortages"). I wb out of town, so they told me at 4 pm to come in at 5 yesterday. I rushed to get there, only to wait an hour. Then they rushed through my cleaning and polishing, as I'm sure they were tired and wanted to get home. Staff was new and inexperienced, although I really like the dentist, which is why I still go there. I'm going to try again in 6 months and hope they have their office and communications running better by then.

He cut me under my tongue with the drill now my mouth is sore and swollen. He also numbed my mouth but it didn't numb the area he was working on. Painful

This was the best experience ever! at a dentist office the Staff-was so amazing the doctor was so caring & Concern he made me feel like he cared and I love that feeling! my first time there and I will return! for this amazing experience again

I had an appointment at noon for a basic cleaning. At 12:45 I was told that there were 4 people ahead of me. If you're "understaffed" then don't overbook.

This place is a joke. Got to the office 30 mins early for any paperwork that needed to be done. No one was at the front and waited 10 mins for the receptionist to get to her desk. Once in the room waited over 1 hr. No one had the decency nor the manners to inform that they were running behind or that they were over booked. I completely understand that the office was busy, but why not be educated enough or have some common sense to inform patients that the dentist is running behind. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully they train the employees on how to have some costumer service etiquette, just a suggestion. And no I will not be calling the office to discuss the issues, because as I can see in the previous reviews this has been a problem with the office. So please do not even ask for a call back to discuss discuss the" problem because you stride to be the best"...how about you work on the problem.

The staff was friendly and professional. The dentist did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and very accommodating to my concerns.
