Was a five star a year ago now that they have changed dentist for the thrid time in a year and the last one wasn't even ready to take over at the time they rescheduled my kids since August and then today I took two of them there for there appointment and was told it would be a hour before they would be seen and was told they where running a little behind so once again rescheduled but after this I'll be finding a new place as this is the worst that has ever been there should have been phone calls to inform us that this was going on with the price of fuel just to get there and back this is not how a place of business should be run not sure if we should even stay at this place as they even changed the hole staff as well

Called to get an appointment, they said "no problem, come in at 11". So I take off work, check my son out of school, show up at 11 and they tell me "Oh well there's 7 people ahead of you, and two sedations, so it'll be a wait. Actually can you just come back at 1 or reschedule for another day?" Like seriously? Why schedule me at 11 and then when I show up ask me to reschedule... no sense.

3rd visit here...first 2 visits were fabulous. Not any more....I have been to the dentist faithfully for years. I haven't had an experience this bad in well over 20 years. Dentist put numbing gel on for about 15 sec before proceeding w the numbing injection...needless to say the gel hadn't done anything yet. The pain was both a total surprise and a sign to me that I was in the wrong hands, so I left without treatment. I have been a nurse practitioner for 20 years and cannot begin to understand this experience. And, on top of that, 3 hours later and I am still so numb that my eyelid on that side and the back of my throat are still numb.(The back of your throat should never GET numb...) Sad because I had planned to stay w this practice but absolutely cannot recommend.

The whole summer they kept calling me non-stop to make an appointment. I let them know that I was out of town for the summer, and I would schedule an appointment when I got back into town and things settled down. Even with this information, they kept calling me to make an appointment. In July, I finally scheduled an appointment for the end of August with them. They called me and the date they scheduled me for would have to be rescheduled due to whatever reason. *Eye roll* Ok fine. We reschedule. Here it is a few days before my appointment, and they are telling me that my insurance is no longer accepted. I'm honestly exhausted by this office. I will find somewhere else to handle my dental needs.

Worst case,.. I show up yesterday for my orthodontist procedure that had been scheduled for a month,. This was still confirm the same morning and all during the week Just to show up there and find the place to be closed and not explanation whatsoever Very disappointed, to take off from work and drive over an hour, I'm very very upset with the situation.. Not a phone call or message, nothing absolutely nothing to tell me they are closed .8/13/22

Been in a couple times now for a few different things, always friendly and informative. I hate dealing with medical or dental stuff but they've made it very straight forward and simple on my end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Everyone was so kind. And VERY professional. I was kept informed every step of the way. We look forward to returning. 10/10 We returned! And once again from start to finish I was kept informed and included in every step of the way. I'm very thankful for everyone involved! A follow up appointment for myself and even for my own treatment the process was explained and very comfortable. They take amazing care of their patients!!!

Don't ever walk in here with no insurance. They will tell you one thing and try to charge you a higher amount. That is what happened to me today!

I have had bad teeth all my life, no matter how long I brush or floss.I thought it was in stone.But I came to family smiles and everything changed.They r so down to earth treat you with love and respect.in just 4weeks my smiles will be great.I think people should go here they are a10in my book. What do you have to loose!

I have been to several dentists but I will stay with Family Smiles of Commerce for the rest of my life. When you walk in they know your name and they t r eat you like you are one of their family members. They explain every thing to before we and zthey are very thorough and make sure is perfect. I drive and hour and half to go see them and if I move 3 or 4 hours away I will still drive that distance to have them do all of my dental work. Thank you Family Smiles of Commerce for everything you have done for me
