Nice enough place. Waiting room chairs are a bit dirty with animal hair and stains. The dental chair my daughter was in had decent sized hole in the seat part. Staff was pretty friendly.

they have rescheduled my kids appointments twice now and say they can't see them, after months.. very unprofessional. Why rescheduled them to keep thenm on the board if you know you can't see them cause of their insurance.. If your kids are on medicaid don't waste your time...

They did a root canal and I ended up having to have an implant because they botched my tooth up so badly. I was given a refund of $250, however the implant is costing me $3500, none of which they paid, and it was their fault that I had to get an implant. Neither me nor my kids will be going back there after the ridiculous fiasco they put me through. They literally tried to bond a crown to my GUMS! I lost an entire tooth due to their careless treatments.

Amazing staff. The dentist is professional, friendly, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. They were very transparent with the charges and accepted my insurance the same day. I never paid more than what they initially charged me. We're very quick to recommend me to someone and make an appointment, if they believed a specialist was needed.

I unfortunately don't remember the names of my dentist or hygienist but they were both amazing. I refused numbing shots from a prior dental issue (different place) and they were understanding and kind. This was the most gentle cleaning I've ever had and I'm very pleased with the results. The staff is all very kind and attentive. Definitely recommend this business.

Save your time, go elsewhere. Not happy with the lack of care my daughter has received here. I kept trying the place, giving the dentist the benefit of the doubt but now there's a new dentist. No communication about the changes. My daughter suffered a mouth injury during a weekend that landed her in ER and I called first thing Monday to get her seen to see if there's potential damage. The system was down which was understandable but I never received any call backs on an appointment and was told there is a new dentist that no longer accepts the insurance. Here we are weeks later and still nothing. The supporting staff is amazing and kind, just not the place for my daughter. Dentists lack care for the kids and it shows.

I don't know what it is about this place. I don't know if they care about the painful assault I have to suffer through on my mouth, or If they do. Either the Xray machine is going terminator on my gums or a new process they introduced today using some plastic assassin floss digging in between the crevices of my denticles causing pain, and swelling all day. I also noticed a distinct wiggling of my teeth after the fact as if they had become dislodged by a peeress whom didn't find my joke about Minesota so pleasant (I didn't even mention the state once). But the staff themselves are great and kind and I always feel welcomed there. The office is clean and they are prompt with getting us in and out if the appointment. They also give you a cool value-add grab bag of a toothbrush and toothpaste on exit. Overall, they are fine. But I can't get over the fear they cause me and my poor sensitive mouth.

I went here on family referral because my son needed lots of work done and the dentist here saw my son and was able to tell me more in depth what all he needs that another location couldn't. My kids loved it they love the staff there and everyone is very nice . I was explained everything that needs to be done with patience and not like just another patient I felt like it was a one on one conversation not like a speed up and I have to go kind of thing. I will keep taking both my kids there!
