A+ for a cordial staff and latest technology. Fail for having me wait for more than an hour beyond my appointment time THEN telling me I have only a 15 minute grace period for a followup appointment.

Very friendly staff took great care of my son today, quick but thorough!!! Loved the way the hygienist had a conversation with my son about gaming and how some gamers don't give themselves time to self care and get out of the house. He definitely needed to hear that.

All The staff is awsome!! And so are the Doctors. My whole visit was a great experience they were all super great. The hygienist she was great keeps me comfortable the entire time. And the dentist this a great job I had no pain was quick and had minimal pain they were all super great thank you all.

I have to say that I have not been in a business in a long time that was as kind, caring professional, family oriented, attentive and take the time to really pay attention to their clients needs until now. Family Smiles office was very clean, organized, professional and very welcoming. They had a section set up for adults to sit and wait and a station for children to sit and play games. I could not have asked for better staff and doctors. I had a horrible experience at the last dentistry office I went to but Family Smiles worked through my fears and made me feel comfortable and did everything possible to eliminate those fears. I will never go to another dentistry office again. Family Smiles is now my home dentistry. If you are looking for a dentist to go to please look no further and find out for yourself how amazing they are! Thank you Family Smiles!

One of the best dentists I have ever taken my child to! He tried to do everything right by my child and he did! They have a wonderful and caring staff that took great care of my child and didn't make her feel uncomfortable or self conscious! Thank you family smiles

We did not have a good experience at this dental office. The front office staff is friendly and prompt, which is greatly appreciated. However, some of the dental staff were not very kind, but rather condescending, and when we had an emergency over the weekend we did not receive a return phone call until five days later. The receptionist who answered on a Saturday stated, "It's up to the person receiving your message to call you back..." It was rather terrible. We've been coming here for a few years and will not be returning. there is no excuse not to contact your patient who needs immediate attention. We had to call a family friend who is a dentist and thankfully they were able to help us. Poor customer/patient service.

Amazing staff and dentist all of them were very helpful and friendly and kind to my kids they made the appointment and treatment easy for the kids and was very good in explaining the treatments to me and put my mind at ease. Thank yall
