DONT go here !!!!!! Very unprofessional dentist office . Took almost 8 months to get dentures !!!!!! They couldn't get it right over and over !!! Also filled two cavities that actually needed root canals and had to go to another dentist to get them . They never should have filled those cavities and left debris in the teeth !!! Also the dental staff talked rude to each other never saw anything like this before !!

I'm a first time patient and I made an appointment of dental clean. After they finished the X-ray, they just told me no one is available to do cleaning right now and ask me to make another appointment. I don't know how cheating can win new customers.

Don't waist your time and money with un-professional staff and group.the dental assistant doesn't know how she should doing an x-ray!! They canceled my appointment 2 days ago, because they didn't have dental hygiene and they gave me new appointment for today! When I be there,they took me an x-rays and one of the doctor visit and diagnosed and they told me sorry we don't have dental hygiene today we reschedule when you will come for make a filling your teeth we will cleaning at the same time!! You know what does it mean?it means if we clean your teeth you're not coming back ! I will report them to ADA and my insurance.

They have their lunch from 1-2 but miraculously don't answer their phones from 12 to 3 either. The doors are shut by 12:30 without a soul in sight. The doors stay shut well past 2:00.

Our whole family has been visiting this office more than 3 years now. We were very happy with everybody who works there until they hire the recent office manager. Even though I have two dental insurances, and one of them suppose to pay complete for the cleaning, the office manager made me pay for the co-pay. Later, I called two of my insurance companies, and approved that I shouldn't pay! I was also able to reach one of the CEOs, and they reimburse the amount and solve the problems. At the end, I'm glad that the problems were resolved and we didn't need to change our dental office due to the office manager's mistake!

We just transferred to this office and we were all extremely pleased with our care. They were thorough with the examination, yet still friendly which made for a comfortable atmosphere. I have extreme dental anxiety, and they understood the condition which made me more at ease during the exam. Dr. Olix was a pleasure due to her calming nature, easy going presence, and professionalism. Check in and check out was seamless-- we look forward to remaining with this practice long term.

We were very impressed with the experience here. We took our two kids at the same time as our appointments as well so it was nice to get it all done at once. The hygienist was great too. Very sweet!

Family Smiles Dental Care in Lake Forest was previously Coast Dental and prior to that, Smile Care. I have been going to this dental office since I moved to Lake Forest in 2010. Even though the personnel have changed, I have always considered the staff to be professional and courteous. This is definitely the case with Dr. Karimi and Brenda. They know what they are doing! Not to mention, they made the dental exam a pleasant experience with their wit and humor! I recommend this office and these talented professionals to anyone who wants to take care of their teeth. Their cleaning made me look years younger! :)
