In my opinion this dentist is the best one I've ever been to. I love my dentist she is patient friendly and gentle. Very little pain even with big jobs.

I absolutely love this office! Since my first visit everyone has been super kind and helpful. I called because I was having a dental emergency and was in a lot of pain spoke with Noeli and she gave me a same day appointment. When I arrived Noeli and Erica where super welcoming and accommodating. I was taken back super fast and paperwork is super easy and fast to complete. In the back I met Dr Sarah and she is also very kind and told me exactly what was wrong and what could be done to help me. Dr Sarah was able to aliviate the pain until my next visit. Alexis who assisted Dr Sarah was amazing she is truly a blessing during my procedure. I felt safe a comfortable. A super special thanks to Noeli and Erica for going over and beyond with my insurance. I absolutely recommend this office, the staff is great, the Dr is amazing, and they will take your insurance.

I had a great first visit for my cleaning and exam. The staff was very kind and the office was very clean. Dr Sara is great and has a very gentle touch. I'll be going back for my next cleaning for sure.

Was happy with the dental services.Dentist provided good service and answered all my questions.I did have an issue with the front desk check in lady as I asked her about cash price for dental fillings.She gave me a lecture on " its veryyy expensive" and how I should have insurance to pay for it.I have paid cash for fillings at other practices,no problem.The owner needs to train this front desk lady to answer the question patient asked,not give lectures on insurance coverage.She could have just given me an approximate cost.I did not ask for an exact estimate.Will gladly take my business to numerous other dentists in town.

Ive been goin to Family Smiles for 11 years now. All My Kids get seen here and we love the environment and everyone who works there. Great employees and Dentist!! Appreciate the work you!

Great location and friendly staff. I had to go in for a chipped tooth and was helped right away. Dentist was efficient and very detailed. The office manager is awesome and is very helpful.

Absolutely recommend this dental office! They accepted both my kids' primary and secondary insurances. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I took all 5 of my boys as they all needed the dentist. All of them asked to permanently start going there instead of their last dentist. Not one tear was shed! I cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent staff and friendly services was provided me today. Also phenomenal waiting time. Was informed by Dr. Sarah Kim that I would need a crown and some fills. Then was greeted by the front desk insurance clerk that my insurance would cover most and my out of pocket expenses was reasonable and broken up over 2 payments. Another dentist told me I'd need root canals far more expensive. Dr. Kim didn't even mention root canals but far less expensive treatments. Found my new dentist office thanks Family Smiles

The front desk girl was not very friendly. The one with the long brown hair with streaks of blonde in it. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but was not happy with her rudness.
