Office Staff answer phone quickly & seem to be on top of things; well-organized and friendly. Dental Assistants are courteous & professional. I especially like my dentist, Dr. Kadomony, who has a calming presence & explains procedures & options very clearly. Great location, too, on Central a block and a half east of San Mateo.

Staff very friendly and worked hard to keep it a positive experience. Unfortunately, I felt awkward at all 3 visits, like I need to get the hell out ASAP. But I was committed after pre-paying a few 1000s on dental expenses. It's done, happy with the new porcelain bridge. I have follow up care at another dental office.

I went for my Second of Five visits in order to get my New Set of Dentures, and I believe that the whole staff there are friendly, they treat people very well, and a whole lot of other things that they do to make patients feel like they are in a home type atmosphere!! James Wheeler.

They were able to fix my teeth asap, where the other pla e I was going to never did anything they just lied about. I even had to get my insurance people involved. But within two weeks I was getting my teeth fixed. They involve you in your dental issues and let you know what to expect. I recommend Family Smiles.

They are friendly and when I needed to get a tooth pulled they watch to my daughter for me in the front and I think that's what really made me like family smiles but every employee there is very sweet and friendly

The staff, dental hygienists, and the doctor I've seen are all very gracious people. I was recently in need of a deep cleaning, and they did the work to press my insurance company and I didn't have to do a thing to make it happen. I went there on a whim & have been very satisfied with them

Horrible experience! Went and had 5 teeth pulled the other and they refuse to give any medication for the pain, not even antibiotics! The are they worked on is still hurting 4 days later and all they said was its probably a dry socket but ...
