Been going their for yrs even thou we live on tramway n Montgomery i drive to that dentist on atrisco. N central they help always me n all 4 of my kids love the whole staff .they do emergency help not bs appt.with other stuff first they stay late and never once have I had to wait in a emergency situation and if you ever had a emergency you know how that is trying to get in and for that I promise they are my go to dentist

I scheduled all 3 of my kids the same day. My 4yr old daughter was so scared but the dental assistant and front desk lady were so nice to her and able to calm her down :)

I've gone here for years, I've never had any issues. All of the Dental Assistants are awesome along with front desk staff professional. I really enjoy Dr. Kai he takes the time to explain everything.

They got me in quickly when I had a pain I'm my tooth, and got me an immediate referral for an issue I've been trying to get fixed for years! I highly recommend.

I am so upset they never send the antibiotic he was so in pain and the infection got worse .. oh yeah the wanted us to pay again when it was paid in advance I will never go back there again

I was seen on Thursday to have a cavity filled. I was called back on time. I went to the bathroom and found it was wet. I let the dental assistant know that it was wet and she apologized for it but NEVER WENT BACK TO WIPE IT OFF. NOR DID SHE MAKE ANYONE AWARE OF IT THEREFORE THE SEAT REMAINED WET. SHE WORE EYE GLASSES DARK BROWN HAIR. I was surprised and disappointed that she didn't make an effort to inform anyone about it nor did she take a quick minute to clean it herself.

excellent staff very friendly, answered any and all questions I had. the dentist my son saw was wonderful she is very patient and best of all my son liked her. he is 3 so most parents know it can be hard with little ones. over all I give 5 stars

On Friday I woke up with severe pain in my tooth it lasted through the weekend and come Monday I could not get an appointment with my regular dentist. So I tried my kids dentist which is Family smiles. It was a different location than where they go to but they took me in right away. They took my x-rays and the dentist was very professional, she was honest. And all she had to do was clean out a area that I had something lodged in. I immediately felt some relief and now today (Tuesday) I am in 100% no pain. At this point I feel like my original dentist would have done more work that would have been unnecessary. So now I will be just continuing with Family smiles. Good job guys!
