Look, I'm not a person that is in constant need of dental work. I mostly have the regular cleaning every 6 months and the occasional filling here and there. But I've been coming to this place for about the last 10 years or more and it is always a blast to come to Family SmileCare. The ladies here are amazing and so joyful that it makes it fun. And unless I'm in a hurry to get out of there, we end up chatting about something interesting long after we're done with my dental work. And for specifics, the place is very clean, modern, kept up, the setup is comfortable with space to put your "stuff", even when I ride and have to take off Backpack, jacket, gloves, etc... They are gentle enough with my teeth but dental work is always going to bother a little bit, however I might not be the right person to get your sensitivity review, I'm the guy who asks them to do the filling work without numbing my mouth and only do so halfway if it gets too rough. I'd rather not have a mumbling mouth for hours after the work is completed. -- There you go, an awesome and friendly place to get my teeth work done.

I can not say enough about how wonderful my experience has been at the family smilecare center. Kim, my dental hygienist took special care of me knowing that my front teeth were extra sensitive. This was the most pleasent visit I have ever had to the dentist. I am so thankful for all their care.

Do not recommend this place..... I fell on hard times after a crown bill....I finally paid off the bill and when I called to make an appointment they said they don't take patients who had bills that had not been paid on time....show some compassion...do not go here ....not compassionate....

I was very disappointed that Dr. Maiken spent maybe a minute with me. The dental hygienist spent an hour - quite chatty, but when Dr. Maiken came in, she skimmed over my teeth, said I had great teeth and was out of there. This happens each time I go. I don't think I've spent more than 5 minutes with her - ever. It seems a shame. She's getting paid quite a lot for maybe one minute of her time. The dental hygienist was and always is quite thorough.

Everyone is wonderful and they sincerely care about their patients. I have been coming to Family SmileCare Center since it first opened and can't imagine going anywhere else. Thanks to all the staff for being so awesome!

I used to hate going to the dentist. I always said I would rather have a root canal over a cleaning. But now I don't say that and don't walk out with my mouth hurting and gums tore up. Love these ladies. They are the best. Your at ease, they are patient, they make sure you understand what's going on and what the plan of action is. I highly recommend.

I actually enjoy going to the dentist. Absolutely everyone I talk to is so friendly at this office and I just get a real feeling that they all care about me when I am in there. I have switched my kids over to this office and they have been happy too.
