After receiving her degree from the University of the East in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Diaz became a California-licensed dentist in 2002; she is now the lead dentist of Family Smile Dental and a certified Invisalign provider in San Jose, amongst other accomplishments. With extensive experience in the field, Dr. Diaz can provide patients with various dental services using sophisticated medical technology and modern training.

Hi everyone. I stumbled on this dental office at the end of the year trying to use up my year allowance. I am SO lucky I found them!!!!! Front office went above and beyond to get me in. I needed referrals and they took care of that as well. The office is immaculate and staff stele your step by step exactly what they do. Huh will never be surprised with work needed or price you will need to pay. I am so grateful they accepted me as a patient. I feel like a celebrity when I'm here....better yet, I feel like family!

I have been going to Family Smile Dental since 2014. The services they provided me since have been excellent. And this same reason is why I continue to go here for my dental needs. Dr. Mary Anne is professional and she always tries to give me the best recommendations to take care of my dental health. Miami Rose, the dental assistant is always cheerful. She talks to all patients like a friend. Similarly, all the other front desk staff has shown me welcoming and friendly vibes. So far I haven't experienced anything bad that I can think of. Family Smile Dentist ask if you are comfortable(pain-free), willing answer any questions you have, if they don't have it at that moment they'll get back to you ASAP,, and appointments are usually quick.

I am ever grateful that my family has been under the care of Dr Mary Anne Diaz and her caring staff. As far as I could remember my kids were still small when we started going to her office. My older kids are now young adults and still go to her. And today, when my tooth jacket was delivered, it looks so natural as it blends well with my permanent teeth. She listened to my requests and patiently tailored it according to my wants. I left her office today with my heart full of joy. I couldn't thank her enough for all her services to me and my family for as long as I can remember. She and her staff are simply the best... God bless!

I haven't been to the dentist in so many years. Yeah yeah I live right around the corner from this place my insurance covered it went. And Mary is amazing she does amazing work very patient always asking questions highly recommended.

I will preface this with I am extremely afraid of going to the dentist! That means I needed lots of work on teeth! I am so happy I found Dr. Diaz! She is a dental angel! She's super gentle, she explains the procedures and the options. Her staff is attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Family Smile Dental!

We have been going to Family Smile Dental for the past 4 years. Dr Diaz and her entire staff are very friendly and easy to work with. They put my kids (and me :) to ease during each visit. The front desk staff always welcome us with a smile, are easy to access via phone and very responsive when we have to schedule/reschedule.
