We had a dentist appointment today. We arrive and the office is closed. This is the second time that we have had an appointment and show up to find out they are closed with no explanation and not even a sign on the door explaining why they are closed. We just received a postcard(pictured) the other day to confirm our appointment for this date and time so it's not like we got the date and time wrong. We went home and tried to call them, some lady picked up the phone and asked for name and appointment time. She then looked it up and told us there was no record of our appointment today. I told her we received a postcard saying it was for today at this time. She then told us to wait and put us on hold. After about 15 min we were hung up on. We then called them back and got someone else. She told us she thinks the office is closed for the week. Okay? If they are closed for some reason, fine, but at least let their patients know? Completely unprofessional. Absolutely ridiculous that this has happened twice with absolutely no explanation. It's like they just up and close whenever they feel like it. We live 30 min away and to continue driving all the way here to have to turn back around is very frustrating. We will be looking for another dentist elsewhere.

I trusted this place! While the doctor was fast and kind I was left with a exposed nerve that caused pain needed a filling I was scheduled 3 months out even though I expressed pain now. 3 months later and they canceled my appt the morning of I had constant pain for a whole month... that morning came for my appt they canceled... it's two weeks after the cancelled appt. I've called,left voicemails. I had to call another dentist office that got me in 4 days.. guess what my tooth is now INFECTED and my filling that was needed is now a ROOT CANAL! That my insurance doesn't cover so now my months of pain now I'm left in need of a 1,600 dollar procedure! please go somewhere else!!!

This office told an existing patient, who is in excruciating pain with a tooth ache, that they have no appointments available for 3 weeks. They should be reported to the Pennsylvania AGD. It is the STAFF, not the dentist. The Dentists are wonderful.

Been waiting a month. They never called to let me know my dentures were ready. Cant talk to anyone. Answering service said they will put a call back in. Haven't heard nothing. Now I'm here and they are closed.

Double charged. Once with my credit card then they billed my insurance. Impossible to get ahold of anyone in the office let alone them returning your calls after countless messages.

to summarize it up... the pictures ain't real... the place is mad tight and dirty. Ain't nobody smiling... and they hella rude. Took me so long tryin to find the place, I was late... The front door leads to these steep stairs... you walk in and the counter is in your face.. mind you that all this stuff I'm describing is covered in 2 inches of dust and hella stains... The lady at the front is the only one smiling... they give you hella paper work cuz they don't wanna be sued for nothing. When they called me in and I got the little room you sit in, I literally couldn't sit down cuz there was stains on the chair and the little bed for the patient was covered in dust and gross brown stuff. I'm not tryin to be no Karen... but damn

Waited over a month for my appointment today and got there and sign on door said closed. I called and was told they were closed cause the dentist didn't come to work today. I said can I reschedule she said yes asked my my info. She said this is your 1st time here our next available is feb 10th. Like really...this was not my fault and they didn't even call me to tell me that my appointment was canceled. I am very upset. Not sure if I really want to go here now since they dont seem to care.

I am pregnant and they were so nice... omg the doctor was very nice and gentle even the assistant. I love this place I honestly do this is the first dentist office that I have been to that was very neat and clean as well as the environment, and staff. LOVE IT!!
