gave me a slip with my appointment date & time. then call last minute & say they don't do appointments those days .. why schedule me for that day then? i've scheduled 3 time for an appointment & had to keep rescheduling because they don't know what they're doing at front desk. no communication until last minute.

I HIGHLY recommend I just left there after seeing old towne dentist that aren't good, Family Restorative helped me they pulled 3 teeth and talked to me the whole time to make sure I was okay and not scared they also take almostall types of Medicaid which is what i have. I will definitely be going back and I'm already telling my family and friends! Thank you guys so much.

The lady at the front counter was very friendly and professional. As for the dentist unprofessional. No greet was told to place my items on the chair. Had wisdom teeth extracted and the only thing they could provide was Motrin. Had I saw the review I would have never gone to this place, worst experience

One of the very few locations near me that accepts my insurance, so I was very happy when I found this location. Even better they didn't have a mile long wait list, they were able to get me in the very next day. The receptionist on the phone was delightful, and the receptionist was also very sweet. The dentist was not rude, he was polite. Just very rushed. Very aggressive in his actions, which I suppose in dentistry you have to be heavy handed. In all my experience of having numbing done I have never had it hurt as badly as it did when I received care today. On top of that I lost sight in my eye, which I later found out from the dentist office my mother works at can occur. I was in the chair perhaps 5-10 minutes. Quick service in great in certain circumstances, but not when you're having something that could be stressful for some people. Again his aid was lovely, and he wasn't rude. Just so very very rushed and aggressive. I wouldn't recommend this location for anyone with anxiety involving dentists.
