I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. I have waited 3 months for my appointment to get a cleaning. I arrived for my 1:30 appointment, after waiting 1 hour I asked how much longer it would take and that's when the staff decided to inform me that the hygienist was not there and only the doctor was going to see me that day to evaluate which cleaning I need and then reschedule the appt for 3 weeks from now. That is something they should have called me about to let me know they could not do my cleaning as scheduled or at the very least told me when I arrived that the plan changed so I can decide if I want to wait or reschedule all together. UPDATE: When the dentist saw me I told her what happened and she offered to do the cleaning herself. She was very kind but she said that isn't her main office she is only there on Fridays. The lady at the front however was completely incompetent, unapologetic and saw no issue whatsoever with them wanting to absolutely waste my time.

The staff is extremely unprofessional I had to come in three times to get my teeth cleaned. They came up with a different excuse everytime. The wait time is super long just to end up hearing that the hygienist left. Not to mention that the hygienist will tear your lips and gums while she cleans your teeth. They ended up moving me to a different dentist else where for some reason which I won't complain about but maybe they should've called before doing so.

this has been the worst dentist i have ever visited in my whole entire life . very unprofessional and the girls in the front desk are rude .... i had an apt at a specific time requested to leave early from work to make it on time and the rescheduled my apt without me confirming if it was okay or not , got to the place and ERICA/ERIKA (front desk girl) was with an extreme bad attitude and very rude rolling her eyes. showed them proof that my apt was scheduled at last minute and they didn't care . they never answer the phones , called about 11 times and nobody picked up but yet there were about 6 girls in the front! very bad place , smelled like cockroaches and looks very musty and dirty! horrible place , worst dentist ever to be in the KENDALL area .
