Absolutely poor customer service. Communication skills poor. English extremely poor. Never answer the phone. Went in person 4 times before finally getting my records. Waiting time and seeing the dentist was appointment 3 to 4 hours

These guys don't know how to pick up a phone. They will never answer you so don't bother calling. If you want you can call a different Family Plus Dental clinic and they'll give you the personal number of one of the staff because apparently that has happened before. My mom just got a tooth extraction and it looks like she has an infection and hasn't been able to work and when we went they said the doctor that did the extraction isn't going to be here for two weeks so they WON'T help her. They CAN help her because they have another doctor but this clinic does not care about their patients. I do not recommend anyone comes near this clinic

The best experience ever. The hygienist of Homestead are very professional and kind and loving. I really recommend coming here. I went with my 3 sister to get braces and a cleaning. They were really gentle and soft. The new workers are way better and loving. This is by far, one of my favorite dentists.

Disorganized. Rude, and always gossiping. I have been waiting for my appointment for 1 hour for my appointment for my child's appointment. When I came for my filling after a my evaluation. The doctor didn't even look at me or the x-rays. He said that it was root canal

The customer service is terrible. They are unorganized and rude. I was told that my insurance didn't cover my services when that wasn't true. I was also told I was asking them to do fraud because I have two dental insurances. They even made comments to others complaining about the ridiculous wait times that all dentist offices that accept Medicaid are the same. They are just unprofessional and I do not recommend. Terrible experience.

The worst people ever. When you call they like to play games with the phone , they talk about people in Spanish. They're just rude and plain nasty old snobs. The orthodontist doesn't take her time when cleaning or deep cleaning your teeth. After I had my deep cleaning done that I had to pay $100 for out of pocket I cane home and still there were little white spots she didn't fully remove.

The front lady was so rude to me giving me attitude when I was only asking a question then she had the nerve to tell me that the lady that did the appointment did it wrong when SHE WAS THAT LADY. Woke me up at 8 in the morning just to tel me that. Rude as hell. I have been going there for years but ever since they got new people working there it's been horrible.

I've been going here for about a year before I moved . Customer service kinda sucks sometimes depends who's in the front . They never ever pick up the phone so it's hard to schedule appointments, you have to physically go to the office . I had one dentist work on my cavities with little to no anesthesia (I forgot his name) and some of the nurses there don't speak English . They WILL run up your insurance so make sure you let them know exactly what you're there for or they will start giving you cleanings you never requested. I had a nurse charge my insurance for a cleaning and after I told her I didn't want it because I had a sensitive molar I needed removed she insisted & insisted . I told her no . Overall 3/10

This place is the worst. I've had issues with my teeth, still waiting 2 months later for them to call me in regards to a deep cleaning that's covered under my insurance, yet they wanted to charge me $75. The dentist was rude. I went in for the endodontist but instead was mistakenly put in for an appointment with the orthodontist. It's like they are so confused and messed up my appointment like 3 times and my tooth is still in pain.

This place is really a mess some nurses at the front desk doesn't even speak English. The waiting time are so long as an hour after check in and over 30mn to see the doctor for cleaning. Nurse has poor verbal communication implying words as whatever to client. I will surely take my 3 children somewhere else.

Terrible place.. First time and bad experience. My daughter had a appt at 1:30 I get there early and then at 1:30 they tell me it's going to be 30 to 40 minutes because the person is on lunch.. so why schedule me an appt when someone is not available.. I will never go back only got 1 star because I had to give a star to leave a review

Bad customer sirviese. After waiting 3 hours they referred my daughter to the Nicklaus because they was not doing the procedure she needs due to short staff and they wrote on the referral that they didn't attend her because was misbehaving which is not true.
