The staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable and professional. Everyone wears a smile. The office is very clean and comforting. I had coffee while I waited, which wasnt long at all. And my son got a T-shirt for starting his services. I suggest anyone give them a call for their orthodontic needs.

Absolute WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Find another orthodontist for your kids. A complete disorganized mess. You need to jump through hoops to get in. Then, I moved my son's appointment last week and their admin appears to have cancelled the wrong sons appointment (I have 2 boys that were going to be getting braces here). The office manager just told the check-in desk that they were not going to accommodate and told me they needed to reschedule. No. Not happening. I'll just find a new orthodontist. It's that simple. We were just starting the process and if this is how it is. I'm glad I found out early in the process.

All the staff is awesome. My favorite well our (me and my kids) favorite and vip to us is Ashley. Dr does great all the time as well. Office is always clean and smells good. My family is happy we have no complaints at all.

Staff was super sweet and really worked with me to come up with a financial plan. Ms.Kay at the front desk was super helpful and nice. The orthodontist did a fantastic job explaining each step of the plan to my child and me. He made her feel alot more comfortable. Awesome office!

DO NOT go to this place if you have 2 insurances. They are horrible and will not help you file a claim once they have their money. We have been trying to 5 months will no assistance, no return call. Terrible. So we finally received the first 750 they owed us and they are now holding the other 750.00. They had Ortho Fi cancel a check which caused a fee to use and all Ortho Fi state is they were told by Family Orthodontics to cancel. No luck trying to reach after email and phone calls. Now we will have to file a claim with the Ga insurance Commissioner and are considering other legal issues as well.

Amazing orthopedic staff and doctor. My gap had reopened unfortunately due to lack of wearing my retainer and they were able to close my gap and give me a new retainer free of charge. The doctor running this practice is extremely brilliant and has amazing customer service. I would highly recommend this specific orthodontist office located in Woodstock to anyone seeking to get a new set of straight teeth!

Jennifer did a great job with my braces. She takes her time and does hurt you when taking the power chains off and putting them back on. The office staff are so kind and make going to the dentist fun.

The perfect place to get braces! They made my visit something to always look forward to. You rotate to different specialist each visit to change braces and the customer service is phenomenal. Every visit I was greeted by everyone and always with a warm smile! My last visit was the best as I was treated by my favorite specialist!

Family orthodontics makes you really feel like family. My daughter absolutely loves when it's time to get her braces tightened. From the receptionist to the staff to the dentist himself are all very friendly and professional. We wouldn't go anywhere else.
