Dr. Pranali Patel received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the Dharmsinh Desai University in Nadiad, India. She then continued on to study Advanced Education in Oral Medicine at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in Newark, NJ. Lastly, she finished her dental studies at the Indiana University School of Dentistry, obtaining her Doctor of Dental Surgery and completing her Orthodontic and Dentofacial Orthopedics Residency.
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Pranali Patel enjoys traveling and immersing herself in new experiences. She is very adventurous at heart, loves outdoor sports and tries to stay active every day. In addition, spending time with her family is one of her top priorities. Some of her favorite hobbies include cooking, photography, yoga and learning something new every day.
Dr. Felisha Clark received her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Boston College in Boston, MA. She then went on to study at the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA, where she obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine. Lastly, she continued her dental studies at the Jacksonville University School of Orthodontics, earning a Certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry.
Aside from dentistry, Dr. Clark enjoys playing tennis, getting lost in a good book and cooking up delicious new recipes. Both her and her husband are excited to be back in Massachusetts where they are close to their families. One of their favorite things to do is cheer on their alma mater, Boston College.
Dr. Assioun is a Premier Provider for Invisalign, having attained an exceptional level of experience with Invisalignbased on the number of patients treated. After attending school in Cannes, France, and Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Dr. Assioun received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. He then graduated from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine with a residency in orthodontics and dentofacialorthopedics. He also received a Master of Medical Sciences degree in oral biology from the faculty of medicine at Harvard University.
Dr. Assioun is a researcher in the field of orthodontics, has received many honors and scholarships, and has been published in the Journal of the American Student Dental Association. In 2001, he was awarded the Harvard Award of Clinical Excellence for Orthodontics, one of the most prestigious awards granted by the Harvard Society of Advancement in Orthodontics. Dr. Assioun is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Massachusetts Dental Society, and Massachusetts Association of Orthodontists.
Dr. Assiouns interests include travel, language study, ethics, skiing, and especially tennis. He trained players and coached tennis at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, and was ranked #13 in Canadas junior singles category in 1989. Dr. Assioun speaks French, English, and basic Spanish.

I have to say this is the best orthodonist! Helpful in so many ways. I can make appointments and they can make it work. And this was my second orthodonist and I'm not changing them. My children are happy and it makes me happy!

Absolutely LOVED my experience with braces here! all of the staff is super friendly, and, as a college student, scheduling was always a struggle, but they were always accommodating and did their best to work with my schedule! Dr. Clark is amazing, and all the assistants do a wonderful job as well!! They all made my second round of braces SO worthwhile, and I'm extremely satisfied with the results! Thank you Family Ortho <3

Both of my children came to Family Orthodontics and had great results so they were the obvious choice to correct my lack of overbite, gaps and a few rotated teeth. Highly recommended!

Today was my first time at this practice. The appointment was spot on, staff were courteous, interactive, which makes it a relaxed experience for kids. I also loved it that the instructions are simple and clear for kids to follow at home. Good job!

Unfortunately Dr. K is no longer with the office. They have way too many patients! We can never get appointments. My daughter had a chip in a tooth fixed and couldn't wear her retrainer. We needed a new retainer made which should be considered a priority as she just had braces on for 2 years that cost 6K. It took them an entire month to get this fixed for us. Extremely unacceptable!!

Family Orthodontics in Westborough is a first class team of dental care givers! Both my daughters were cared for by Dr. Nina Khedkar and this wonderful team for their orthodontic needs. Each time we walked into the office we were greeted with smiles and efficient service. There was never a time we had to wait too long for their appointments. We always have a great experience here. Everyone is welcoming and kind and willing to share and talk details with us. And invite the parents in, which I appreciate as I have never had experience with Ortho personally. My sons both are willing to go and not fearful. Thankfully. Thanks for making the experience fun. I wish I could give more stars to just a great place. Dr K has been so great to me and my family she takes her time to make sure we understand every step of the way. Her staff has been so friendly they make you feel at home. And I couldn't have been more happy with how great my smile looks.

We have had a fabulous experience with Dr. Khedkar and The Family Orthodontics staff. We have three daughters, each with their own unique issues requiring orthodontics. Dr. Khedkar has created individual treatment plans for each child that have translated into beautiful results. She is very communicative, patient, professional and thorough. We love her and feel 100% confident in her dental opinion. The office staff is wonderful and accommodating with scheduling, dealing with any issues that crop up, explaining the process and the finances. I highly recommend this practice to any family in the Westborough area needing an orthodontist.

Absolutely would recommend them to anyone! Dr. Khedkar is very kind and informative, and explains things in a very easy way for those of us who aren't doctors. All the staff I've ever interacted with are always very personable and helpful. I wish all my specialists were this easy to deal with!
